I have ordered "their" product over 6m…
I have ordered "their" product over 6m ago and requested several times a delivery date. Their feedback each time was that within 6 - 8 weeks they will have a batch for delivery. In last three communication I requested a refund or to be directed to someone that can take care of my situation and the response was exactly the same... truly disappointing. If you need such products for work purposes as I do think twice.

This company is a complete scam. Please stay away from this. They won't deliver the device and won't reply to the emails with refund requests.
UPDATE! I was able to get my money back today from VISA after submitting a chargeback application through my bank.
So, if you have already bought anything from this company send them, contact your bank and submit a chargeback application immediately, don't waste your time trying to contact these scammers!

A fraud! I had to go to the judge and the police
I ordered my product a year ago and although I have repeatedly sent a request for reimbursement, after a few e-mails that were the same for all users, I have still not received a response.
Since this is a real scam, I had to turn to the competent authorities, in particular the postal police, and file a complaint, and I had to take legal action in accordance with the provisions of the European Union. There's a easy procedure to allow within a few days to set in motion the legal machine both in your country and in Belgium where this phantom company is based.

This is a SCAM.
I paid for 2 Portabl Slides for my business in Australia on June 26th 2022. I emailed about a dispatch date in early August and then again in late August before being told in September they will be another 3-4 weeks. I waited until September 27th before requesting a refund and submitting their form. I received notice of receiving the refund request on September 28th and was told it would be processed within 14 days. It has now been 88 days and I have emailed them 4 times and nobody is responding.
It has been 188 days since the original purchase and I haven’t received my slides or a refund. I have been given all of the same excuses everyone else has regarding small company and supply chain issues etc.
I gave benefit of the doubt long enough but I’m positive this is a scam and the company owners are thieves. RUN AWAY!!!

Fraud! Not a scam just plain Fraud!
Ordered my unit in April 2022 as I needed this device, it was a bit expensive but was exactly what I NEEDED. Now 8 months later and still no product and I can't afford to just go buy another one, yet I am left here money out of pocket and no goods in hand.
Every time you email you get the same standard copy and paste answer that covid made life hard for them and they are behind but they promise it will be 4 to 8 weeks for the next shipment. Over and over again.
I filed a refund request 3 months ago and still no progress on that either. Being told there is a large backlog of refunds to process.
All this and they are still taking orders and frauding more people.
I think its time we all start filing complaints with the local authorities in Belgium for them to look into this fraud, because that is what it is, they continue to take order with no expectation of every being able to ship them. Heck if there was a warning on the website that said you order may take 6-8 months to ship do you think people would still be out there buying them? No. They are being fraudulent in their activities.
I don't have alot of extra money and I saved up to buy this, now I am screwed here, no money to buy something else and no return.

Ordered the product with the excitement of having 3 screens for work any where anytime. Have been advised that the shipment was going to take 4-8 weeks but after 12 weeks decided to request a refund and advise it was going to take 7-15 business days more than two months or over 40 business days have passed and still no refund. I really hope that it isn't a scam and I am able to obtain my refund but is not looking favourable.

I have been waiting three months of a refund. Everytime I email I get someone named Joyce who does a song and dance saying "We are currently experiencing a high volume of refund requests and it may take a couple of weeks to resolve this" You have had three months to resolve this Joyce!
And Laurent save your grifting response, don't even pull the BS here that you do on other comments saying "oh so hard, oh such shortage". I do not want your product, I want my money back.

I paid back in 2016, and still nothing! Even the CEO Laurent call me to show a fake device, not to cancel my order. They are spending money on influencers to promote the scam.

Can you please tell me how my order from 2016 is still not fulfilled, but I see fake INFLUENCERS using the device? I also spoke to 10-15 people who ordered 2020-21, and they received their orders.
I posted on LinkedIn that this is SCAM with paid influencers, but they blocked me from promoting the SCAM.
I sent ten mails for a refund and still got the same automated response!

I bought the device in Apr
I bought the device in Apr, 2022. After a few months, when I didn’t receive my purchase, I started messaging Portabl. I also keep getting to bull-s**t replies from bots. I have accused them of being a scam and Ponzi scheme.
As a collective, we must look at where this device was advertised - glossy images and videos on Instagram. We were sucked-in assuming the device is available for shipment based on their ads and website. Months later hearing the same story - covid delays, start-up business etc.
I have also gone through the route of contacting my bank for a fraud claim. Portabl has the capability to accept visa and masercard, these credit card companies have an onus to provide a charge-back on your card. They have accepted Portabl as a company without due diligence of their product or reviews.

Stay away from those frauds!!!
Firstly I waited for 2 months to receive the product, and now it has been 7 months since I am trying to get a refund from those guys. Looks like 6 years ago, they shut down the company that was doing exactly the same product. Have you seen their social media? All comments are closed because they are scared that all those people, they stole money from, will leave them honest feedback. And Instagram... all marketing... Their "honest" customer feedback has professional videos and the same text... ALL our money went into their marketing to steal more money from more people. They are actual frauds!!!
