I had the same situation after purchasing, many delays and after refund request not feedback and no refund happen.
for further communication, I do only see a legal action should be taken. Many of my friends are discussion it now with Lawerys to see what type of actions can be taken.
There are tens of people who got scammed and their mony has been stolen by portabl.

The 'company' is a scam. Ordered the 'product' in mid 2022 and haven't received anything but empty promises and sporadic responses to my emails ... typical delay tactics!

Well... The Odyssee started Sep.25th 22!
AFTER the Orderconfirmation I was given a delivery estimation of 3 month. What I didn't know was, that mastercard has a chargeback deadline of 120 days. In my naivity I had sent a couple mails with no reply. Now, that my patience is over, I got the even more frustration information, that the chargeback deadline has passed and I'd have to go into legal actions...
If you rise the pressure, at least communication starts again:
"This is the most difficult situation for our support team. I know the additional wait time (again) is really concerning and disappointing.
As you can see from the previous email, our new equipment was recently installed. The number of units we are currently producing is not enough for all the orders we have received. (I know this is our fault, but we are taking action).
However, we are in the process of ramping up production to be in line with our weekly target.
We are not making excuses, our focus is on what is within our control and we are on track. We are looking forward to seeing how our device will help people all over the world on a day to day basis.
We really appreciate these extra 2 months. Rest assured that we will absolutely let you know when your order is ready for shipment.

I finaly got my money back! What an odyssee! It seems, that the chinese companies had quite some trouble with this global craziness... I think they are doing their best in troublesome times... The one thing they hopefully learn, is that delivery delayes need to be communicated BEFORE the final order-confirmation... I wish you all good luck... They should probably change their company name and restart their business with better luck and lessons learned!

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. I purchased a monitor in JUNE of 2022. After a few weeks, I e-mailed support asking for an ETA on when it would be shipped. They informed me there was a "shortage of materials" due to covid and requested an 8-12 week extension (mind you, NO shipping delays listed on their website). I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and after the 12 weeks they requested another extension. After waiting a few more weeks, I requested a refund. They told me there is a long line for refunds, but would submit my request. This monitor was almost $700. It is now February of 2023 and after many e-mails to support I haven't gotten my money back. They know what they're doing. They request the extension so you can't file a dispute with your bank/credit card because it will be too many days since the purchase. My credit card, capital one, wouldn't help me either and actually failed to inform me of that until a month into the dispute, but that's another review for another time. Long story short, Portabl is a huge scam and people are seeking a class action lawsuit for a reason. Run FAR away from these thieves, and best believe I'll be taking legal action. Almost a thousand bucks and no product to be found.

The company refuses to provide product after the product was ordered on Feb 2nd 2022, further after repeated attempts to get a refund, the company continues to stall and not provide the refund. Further the support tickets and email are simply closed as "resolved" or "answered" yet they provide no product, no refund.
Horrible experience all the way around. Stay away!
It appears someone will come on here and apologize with a canned response which further shows you that if they comment on how sorry they are instead of commenting that they have processed the refund (because they likely take the same amount of time), then this proves how little they care.

I bought the product in august. Still not received it. Everytime i get in touch. I have been told to wait 8 weeks cause they dont have enough chip for production. I have been patient in 6 months. But now when i ask for my money back they dont answer my emails. Its totally scam. Dont buy anything from this company. They sell also the same products in different names… and then they answer like this in trust pilot to show like they are not a scam. But in reality they dont answer any of your emails. Even that i have sent several emails where i ask for my money back. Dont trust the replies they write on each trust pilot comment….

“ We regret if your order has been delayed…” 7 months is not a delay it is an inability to fulfill an order, fraudulently promising a delivery date and withholding funds I have requested to be refunded multiple times. Four other friends are in the same situation. The responses are unsatisfactory. Prices my refund immediately.

Purchased the device in April 2022. Never received it. Initially, customer support would answer that it was delayed and they would ask for another 6-8 weeks. That happened multiple times. Then when I started asking for a refund they stopped replying. I don't think this was set out to be a scam, but this company is drowning and it seems like I lost my money.

I cant help but feel this company is a scam - or at best in trouoble financially!
I placed an order for 2 items in 1st June 2022. Despite several months of "sorry for the delay, this has been delayed again" i finally asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. That refund is delayed and delayed just as the order was! I work in shipping and logistics and have given this company many months of grace in the shipping delays - but there are no such delays of MONTHS from China. Whatever they tell you, it is not a logistics delay this long.
I was advised it would take 10-14 days for a refund and that was 3rd November!!
I have requested a call from the companies principals and i am still waiting.
DO NOT BUY from this company unless you are happy to part with your money for nothing.
Deeply dissapointed that what looked to be a great product has not materialised, and the company are not willing to return the money in good faith.

My story is pretty much the same, I ordered the displays in June 2022, then got a letter that they don't have it in stock and will ship in two months. I tried to cancel the order, as I wouldn't need the device by that time, as it was intended as a present, and no notice was given on their website that it was not in stock. They refused to refund. After that I found all the scam threads and filed a complaint with my bank, we started a dispute with VISA over the transaction. It's a long process - took about 6-8 months. I was not expecting much, but eventually VISA processed the request in my favour, so I got my 500 euros back. The official reason for dispute with VISA was that they did not deliver the goods in 6 months (that's why it took so long).
Long story short: don't order. If you ordered - don't listen to promises, open a visa dispute.

Don’t buy from portabl! I bought the product 4 months ago and it is still not delivered. I have requested a refund and they stopped answering back. Now I read the comments here that the CEO put, and he has NOTHING to say about refund to anyone. REFUND. If you can’t deliver a product in the time you promised (which was 6-8 weeks, and its now 17 weeks for me), you need to have the decency to refund the money you acquired from the customers who want it back.
Don’t tell us how legit your company is. There is nothing legit about having no refund policy or liability. This is basic trade right, and you are violating it.
I don’t want to hear anything other than when will my money will be paid back.

Where should I begin…. I am reading exactly what I was going to.
This company is a big scam, I also order in June the 15th and every time same old excuse. 2 months, 8 weeks and no refund. Now they stopped even replying. What a joke? At least refund our money Mr. CEO.
They advertised on LinkedIn and believed it was a legit company…. No way as the Co-Founder and CEO is not contactable either via this platform.
