Thieves!!
My experience when purchasing from this shop was very positive. Things changed when I asked to return some products because of my pet's death. At first, I was given authorisation by email and, the next day a courier came to my home to collect the items. It has been nearly two months since the collection and, no refund has been made. I lost count of how many emails, phone calls and messages I have sent which remained unanswered. In the last week, the customer service phone seems to be disconnected. They owe me over 100 Euros. Thieves!!

Cheap but expedition is not cheap and not fast
The price is okay/cheap compared to the price you pay in Belgium in the pharmacy or at the vets. Probably because of lower taxe rates and because you buy the medicine in wholesale quantities and do not include the original box.
