I ordered twice and always got the requested medicament with fast delivery (to France, within 3-4 days). Good and serious site. The only a bit negative aspect is the payment that is more complex than usually: with oncosts for CB or to be done by bank transfer with related lead time.

totally disappointed
the 1 start allocates is for the ordering process which is easy and the communication which was very prompt
the 4 missing stars are for the fact that the product did not reach yet, i did not manage to retrieve any data from GLS tracking page (despite this being emailed to me by you).
i would sincerely ask for a refund but i did not have time to search for the procedure as my cat is really in a critical condition!
I personally suspect, the product will never reach in all fairness but ... one day (after my cat is stable) i will get back to you asking for the money for sure :/
