Easy to purchase. Website very simple and easy to use. Delivery could be faster, 3-5 days, not the quickest in 2020.
Items are...OK for the money. Not clothes that will last many washes. Some are a little better quality than others.

Disgusting service from this company..
Disgusting service from this company... items orders that didn’t arrive. Had to chase them up to see where they were... only half the order arrived 2 weeks later and items without any tags on them!
Said they had issued a refund to our PayPal account... and I’m still waiting a month later!
I am now taking this further as a dispute has they have tried to issue a refund 3 times. NEVER had an issue with a paypal refund before.
Shame... I live local and Work in the community with lots of women. I will Tell everyone today avoid them at all costs!!!!

It was also frustrating for us especially as we have taken a lot of time and effort to build up our small business with a good client base. However July, August and September were horrendous months for us as the entire office came down with Covid, we lost a key member of staff and we were relying on the help of family and friends to assist with the business. Unfortunately they didn't know their way around the systems and we got very behind. We have now caught up with all the deliveries and we are now just getting around to looking at the reviews. We can see that you have only ever dealt with us on one occasion so you do not know our true service. The clothes and fashion are lovely always true to size but this company definitely has a problem getting their deliveries out, don’t bother paying for next day delivery as it doesn’t arrive any quicker than normal postage which is also slow. I only live 2 miles away it always takes over 7 days could pick it up quicker.
