My wife loves listening to music on a quality machine. For years we used a new Sony Stereo Cassette Deck (TC-WE475) but after 24 years it stopped working. I searched for the same machine on Google and found the same machine refurbished by Porter Electronics. I was worried about it being used but went ahead and bought the Cassette Deck and it works like a charm and my wife is a very happy lady.

I would highly recommend Porter Electronics. They deliver exactly what is advertised. I ordered the incorrect item & they exchanged it quickly and with no problems at all.

Camera arrived in excellent condition and in a fair amount of time. Customer service was impeccable. My son absolutely loves the camera! Would definitely order from Paul again.

I was skeptical at the beginning but, it was an easy and fast process. I got my product fast, in excellent condition and with everything I needed to install it.

After my father passed away, we were left with many slides and no projector to view them on. The projector was delivered in the timing promised and it worked. We had a great time looking at old slides.

We purchased a dvr from Porter, which in this day and age of streaming are hard to get. He had exactly the replacement of a unit we had for over 12 years, and although he said it was used, looked brand new. The item was timely shipped and came with a proper remote. Even came with hook up instructions. I would deal with Porter, any time.

I’ve gone to Porter Electronics several times to have my film developed and sent back to me and each time it’s been great! Staff has always been incredibly helpful and kind. Not only do i always receive my film back earlier than expected, but i’ve also gotten tips on how to use certain features in my camera—being that I am a beginner shooter. Service is unmatched. Will continue to go back to you guys!

I’m a musician and a videographer and I use dvd recorders in everything I do. In 2012 my main machines were discontinued to try and stop bootlegging. Since than I’ve been buying used and refurbished, wherever I could. 7 so far, and everyone of them, you guessed it,
broke down as soon as the 30 day or 90 day warranties ended. When I found Porter Electronics, it was hard to believe the guarantee. 15 months, if it breaks down they’ll replace it with the exact same model, I jumped on it. When I opened the box, hoping there’s no damage in transit, the packing was professional status, and I sensed, caring. Someone at Porter had put a number of recordable discs and VCRs in there That weren’t even part of the sale. FYI, the recorder also records and transfers VCRs onto disc. That’s involved
caring. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been using the recorder
12-14 hrs. a day, and I’ve yet to see the first glitch.
I highly recommend Porter Electronics. This is the kind of company that sets standards for all other companies.

We had a good experience with Porter. We had a tricky situation that required some particular reconfiguring after we received our first printer. They were very helpful in getting this done, and when we later ordered another of these printers, it came ready to go for our situation out off the box.

I would definitely buy from Porter Electronics again. I bought a refurbished VCR--the first one had a problem, so I returned it and was immediately sent another one that has worked fabulously for 100+ video hours. The staff have been very helpful with questions, and I've already recommended them to others.

I ordered a Sony Camcorder to covert my old HI8 tapes to digital. The Camcorder came quickly, but had some problems with the unit. I called Porter, and experienced tremendous customer service. The unit was easily returned, and the replacement was at my door quickly. This unit is working great, and I could not be happier.
