Great quality tree and plenty of great quality decorations but it was disapointing that although the tree was advertised as pre-lit, the lights came in the box and had to be fixed on manually which was time consuming given that we had 8 trees to do for our business.

Last year we ordered a tree from Balsham Hill, we gave that to our daughter as she moved out on her own, We looked across the internet and came across Portland Fir, The Service was exceptional and exceeded expectations! The Product, we were Really Really pleased with, we paid the same as we did the previous year with Balsham Hill, we visited our Daughter for Christmas and could not believe the difference in Quality , we were relatively pleased with it last year however when you compare the two trees , Portland Fir stands out as exceptional. Would 100% recommend Portland fir for service and quality. So so pleased

Portland fir were very helpful with my order. It was a little late arriving but this has happened everywhere this year due to Covid. I had it before Christmas so it was not a problem. Thank you

Excellent tree, easy to assemble, just as easy to take down. Looks real, without the mess.

When the 7’ tree I ordered arrived I was more than pleased. It is a very realistic tree, full and bushy. It’s looks very realistic. The build quality is fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tree to anyone.

I purchased the prelit and pre decorated 6ft in silver. It is absolutely stunning and well made. There were some issues with delivery given the time of year but these were down to the courier but Rebecca at Portland Fir was outstanding, her communication was excellent and I received fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

Website easy to order on and very efficient. Great selection of trees. Speedy delivery and when the tree arrived it was easy to assemble. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful tree i couldn't ask for better quality

We bought the 8ft red and gold tree from Portland Fir for our office and it's exactly what we were looking for. It feels really luxurious and high quality and arrived in plenty of time. I can't fault the service or product and will definitely be ordering from Portland Fir again.

I purchased the 9ft flocked fir Christmas tree which is rather pricey. I was sold on the pictures…

Having paid for the tree, I had to chase after 7 days as had not even received a dispatch note. I was advised that the tree was being transported internally and would be dispatched; which it finally was after 15 days...Had I not made contact nobody from Portland Fir made any attempts to keep me up to date, which is poor when you spend nearly £600 on a product.

The tree arrived and I was hugely disappointed. It does not have anywhere near the volume as shown in the pictures and it is underwhelming. Owing to my complaints raised, I was promised a director would call to discuss my experience…Guess what…no phone call was ever made!

I had planned on getting a matching 7ft tree but no chance will this be from Portland Fir!!

Tree arrived yesterday..had a little practice today assembling it ! So, so easy ! Fantastic. Can’t wait to decorate it now !

We purchased the 7.5ft flocked pre-lit Christmas tree from Portland Firs for our snug room. We wanted something that looked natural that we didn't have to decorate, and this tree fitted the bill.

The tree is extremely well made, looks amazing and is flawless, with the flocked snow and real pine cones. It's really simple to put together and didn't take long at all.

The customer service at Portland is second to none and Jane is just amazing. We did have a slight hiccup with the delivery due to Hermes, but Jane was on the case and kept me updated through the whole process.

If you want an amazing tree, I would definitely recommend purchasing from Portland Firs, you cant go wrong.

Just cant wait for Christmas now to put it up. Thanks Jane it's been a pleasure.

Christmas tree with decorations delivered on time and looked beautiful once up in the house. The tree was less full than expected and some of the lower branches were tricky to keep on place but did the job in the end.

Good work! Thank you for arranging a tree for our newly built office. We'll definitely hire you guys again for our city outlet.
