Dave persevered for several hours to find the cause of the leak from our bathroom shower and successfully repaired it including attaching new tiles to blend in where he had had to remove existing ones for access.
He was obviously skilled and knowledgeable and patient, felt very comfortable to have him around the house

Neil, Karen and their team were excellent. From the first meeting to the ultimate completion, nothing as too much trouble. Adrian, Will and Pat were brilliant, putting up with our numerous enquiries/questions whilst carrying out the strip out and re-build of our ensuite quickly and efficiently. All work was first class and they went the extra mile wherever necessary. We cannot thank them or praise them highly enough. A very highly recommended and professional company.

I bought a bathroom suite from bathroom village that has gone into liquidation 9 years ago.
I asked Neil to look at my bathroom with a view to having it replaced.
He told me that the units should be covered with a 10 year warranty.
Neil’s wife Karen contacted the manufacturer and through a lot of hard work got them replaced under warranty.
Now that’s what you call honesty and service.

Right from the first visit to their showroom and their suggested design, I was more than contented. The actual installation was carried out by conscientious, highly-skilled workmen who were also polite, punctual and reliable. They kept me informed of progress and were as helpful as possible in keeping the facilities available during the work. This involved a total removal of all existing fittings, tiles etc; and the full refurbishment with bathroom suite, shower, enclosure, flooring, full tiling etc. I now have a very beautiful and practical bathroom; and I would like to thank all at Port Marine (Neil, Karen, Dave and Will) for the totally satisfactory completion of this project.

We had a problem with our existing walk in bath, and thought we would have to buy a new one, the drainage was very slow, and was sending limescale and dirt into the shower tray in the next room, despite spending loads of money on drain clearing solutions ! So asked Neil to come and take a look and measure for a new bath . Neil suggested we get the drainage looked at, rather than purchase a new walk in bath, and he sent us a plumber, who, discovered that our drainage pipes where 90% blocked with solid limescale, and needed to be removed and new pipes fitted, now we have a bath and shower that drains very well, saving us a great deal of money ! We are delighted, and can’t recommend highly enough, so refreshing to find such an honest, helpful company, and will use them again when we do need a new bathroom fitted ! Thank you Neil and Adrian so much .

Neil and Karen run a great local business, Doing what you said in the time you said and at the price you said are priorities for me, they delivered. On top of that the finished Quality was outstanding. The team behind this business are fantastic, work hard and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. I cant recommend enough.

Absolutely amazing job. The whole team were always really helpful, insightful and honest and offered ideas enabling us to make informed decisions.
The fitter was brilliant, excellent workmanship, punctual clean and tidy (put stair protector film down, did any preparatory cutting outside, cleaned up all/any mess inside and out from job site).
The finished job looks amazing and we are thrilled with the outcome.
Pricing was excellent and the charges matched the quote but the quality of the outcome very much exceeded our expectations. Thoroughly recommend them on any size job.

From our first visit to the showroom onwards nothing was too much trouble. Warm and welcoming, the whole team were really professional. They spent lots of time with us getting the designs just right for both of the bathrooms, and we love the end result. The quality of the work, and the materials used are excellent.
The on site team are so friendly, and made everything really easy for us, and the work and finished results are beautiful and the experience was stress free.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Port Marine to renovate two bathrooms, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to putting the customer first. Everyone was incredibly courteous and respectful of my home throughout the renovation process. They took great care to minimise disruption and left the space clean and tidy at the end of each day.
One aspect of their service that I particularly appreciated was the use of a VR headset for design visualisation. It made the decision making process so much easier and allowed me to truly envisage the end result before any work began. Overall, I highly recommend Port Marine for anyone in need of bathroom renovation. Their attention to detail, customer-centric approach and design process truly set them apart.
