They saved our garden!

10/10 service they were extremely quick at removing a lot of rubbish from my garden, and were responsive and told me when they would arrive. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and are the textbook definition of professional. There was no fuss they just went and picked up several years of clutter from our garden in less than 30 mins! I think they are really good and I will recommend them to any of my friends or family. I hope many more people choose them as they are very efficient at what they do and it was a very straight forward process. Thanks again lads, I will most likely be back in touch if I ever need anything removed again! It was a good price, and they revived my garden which was covered in useless rubbish.

Today I had a pile black bags uplifted, (Bailleston area) I have used this company several times now and the response has been quick and very efficient. The guys have a professional well mannered attitude, with a friendly approach. I will continue to use this company as I’m very happy with the service. 👍🏻

From the start we had a bed settee that needed to be uplifted. It was upstairs. Settee was taken apart and put in the van. They text to say when they would arrive. They removed shoes. Two very nice guys .
I would use JoeJunk again. And would recommend them .

Love this Company and would highly recommend. Arranged for guys to come out and they arrived on time. They were friendly, very helpful and considerate. Nothing was a hassle. Took everything away that l had asked to be taken away and brushed up outside after breaking down a fireplace to be taken away. If any reviews are bad about this company, l would strongly disagree. I will be a returning customer and will be recommending to anyone who requires this service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Used their contact form to leave details of what I required. Received an instant reply and they offered to come out the next day. We arranged a time and Alan and Paul phoned me to confirm their arrival time. They were polite and conscientious and I can thoroughly recommend them. I will be using this company again.

Joe Junk are great to deal with. Today Kyle and Marty picked everything up within the time slot (I contacted Joe Junk yesterday). It’s a super fast service and I would highly recommend. The price was good and they take the hassle out of having to do this yourself.

These guys have been an absolute life saver while I’ve been redecorating my flat. I was drowning in cardboard boxes, bags full of stripped wallpaper, carpet remnants and old, broken furniture. I’ve used their service twice in as many weeks and will be calling them again this week once my new doors are done. Totally stress free transaction. Guys are always polite and take their shoes off when they come in. I’m disabled so their help was really appreciated. Rates are fair and the convenience of their service is a god send! Would recommend them to anyone.

What a breath of fresh air this company is. The guys turned up on time and were professional, courteous, respectful of our property and so hard working. Our job was priced really fairly too. We cut down garden trees and, by the time they had finished, you would never even know that there had been a mess at all as they cleared up behind themselves too which was a bonus. I would not hesitate to use them again

We have used Joe Junk several times for the removal of garden waste, old furniture, mattresses, fridge and freezer and to clear out our garage. They have always responded quickly, arrived promptly and worked hard and efficiently. The boys are always polite and cheerful even when trying to fit a large sofa into an already stuffed van. Prices have risen over the past couple of years but, nevertheless, I would use them again and recommend to others.

Don't use them . They are abysmal and the company owner who I have now complained to about 2 jobs has absolutely no inetrest in resolving his employees mistakes on jobs and they're utter careless-ness. they have ruined my communal buildings hallway carpets TWICE my neighbour now refuse them access to our building and I am the one whom felt there rath after all door ways had my junk spilled all over the place due to this companies employees having no care at all for the transportation of the waste they are collecting . Go elsewhere , get another company. Would not recommend due to terrible customer support and service.

instead of getting professional clener the first time i personally took the hit for the mess and the second time they sent the same employess back over to hoover it themselves which if you ask me is absolutely ridiculous and more of a punishment to those employees then an actual ratification of the problem as theyre was spilladge and staining as well as debree .
