Never Portofino!
Orderd a Juicy-set in december 2022. The clothes was fake and in the first wash all the prints came loose. In mars I finally could send the clothes back, after sereval mails about the returnlabel. Now it's May and Portofino still have my money. The company claims that their refund system is down, not working, and after a while they got my Swift and Bic-numbers. They said that they where going to make a banktransfer, that still hasn't happend.
So: You could say that Portofino have stolen my money.
Don't buy anything from this company.

Unfortunately this was my first and last time ordering from this company.
I ordered an expensive Juicy Couture tracksuit for my daughter only to be sent completely the wrong bottoms. When I contacted I was told the ones I had originally ordered were now out of stock. I then had to make a return but the online returns had an error . After two weeks of daily messaging I was eventually told they could not rectify their returns system and I was to post the returns back myself and would be reimbursed this extra cost along with my refund for the my wrong items.
I have not had any reimbursement at all. I am messaging daily without reply so I now have to take it up through PayPal.
I am €120 out of pocket for over a month now.
Sadly their customer service is very lacking and I have wasted so much time and energy trying to get a soloution without success.
