Very easy to use Web site and easy to find the phone wanted simple to navigate to order phone and good service

After being messed up by another company, I ordered a mobile phone from Portus Digital. I needed it to arrive asap as it was a present for my partner's big birthday. And it did arrive on time, just like I was assured, and my partner absolutely loves this phone. All the expectations' boxes ticked, thank you very much

Easy purchase and returns good customer service!

Bought an all in one PC from Portus online. Very easy to choose specs and make the order. Computer arrived five days later ready to play! Very easy to set up and worked exactly as advertised. Haven't had to use customer support at all but would 100% recommend for the price, specs and speed of assembly/delivery.

The service was excellent and the computer is great. It was delivered within the stated timescale and was very well packaged.

The keyboard and mouse supplied with it is fairly basic so I bought a different one. It might be an idea to offer some options on keyboards/mouse at time of purchase.

Great service, great high spec product, fast delivery and fantastic price with 3 year warranty. What's not to like.

Very pleased with the prompt delivery. They were able to upgrade the graphics card with no problem. I had to change a couple of software settings, but no big deal. I might prefer USB keyboard and mouse as I worry about the batteries suddenly failing. I would also like the webcam to be able to be angled to give a better vies of the user. Apart from this a great product from a very helpful company.

They gave all support that I needed. Excellent product. It arrived quickly.

Unfortunately, the product was not to my liking however the customer service and after-sales was excellent and my return of goods was seamless.

Phone etc. was just as described. Definitely New. I had read then phoned Portus D who confirmed that I would get: Charger = flat spade type + UK adapter. Guarantee 1 year via Portus Digital, not manufacturer. Well worth these for the price, so very pleased!
