We moved from Brookline, MA to Winter Harbor, Maine. The move was careful and professional. Oleg worked with us to assess the needs of the move. They had held our info from our move several years ago which made the planning easy. He reassured me during our anxious moments that it would all work out. And it did.

The three man crew consisted of very strong fellows, making the move of our heavy furniture look effortless. Everything was packed up in less than four hours and on its way to Maine. The unloading was perfect with everything landing in its assigned room. We have several bookcases with glass fronts and glass lampshades. All arrived without a concern.

We had used Poseidon originally because our smaller condo in a 104 unit building afforded us a bird's eye look at the front door. When I knew we were going to move, I watched the various companies, unbeknownst to them. The fellows from Poseidon worked together as a team, were careful and efficient and even after they were probably dead beat, they held the entrance door open for incoming residents.

We would hihgly recommend this company.

I used Poseidon for a move from Massachusetts to North Carolina and the team was exceptional. They took incredible care in packing and wrapping my furniture. Great Experience! The Moving Specialist, Jann, was extremely resourceful. I left my Sept 1 move from a 1 bedroom to the very last minute. It was tough to find movers but Jann was helpful and calm. On the day of the move, Tim & team were great! They moved quickly and with care for all items. I will 100% be using Poseidon Moving Company again!

The company was very professional. They were good to communicate and remind me through email of the move date and the timeframe to expect their arrival. They were also very responsive and communicative on move in day as to when they were going to be there and when they were 20 minutes out. Overall great experience with this moving crew and they were very speedy!

Fabrice and his team were especially great this most recent move. We had a very stressful moving situation that they completely turned around for us. They are really great at their jobs. A-pluses all around.

Jayshon and Victor were incredible. They worked carefully and efficiently to move all of our items between cities. The loading and unloading processes were quick, orderly, and deliberate, and the truck was packed very securely. They arrived promptly and were respectful of neighbors in the buildings. They took care to wrap furniture, frames, and electronics (beyond what we had already prepared), and were extremely careful with fragile items. Beyond the effective performance, they were very nice, friendly, and in good spirits despite the heat and stairs (and heavy items). The reservation process with Nico was a breeze, and there were no surprises with billing. Would highly recommend using Poseidon in the future.

I have moved a number of times over the years. Poseidon was by far and above any movers I have used. From the estimate with Nico, the packaging, delivery, and unpacking experience with Mohamed, Isaac, and the team, the whole experience was excellent. This was a big job too and from NJ or FL. They executed exactly how the described. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We've used Poseidon twice now and have been very impressed. Their online booking and communication before the move was excellent, the foreman for the move was very accommodating and the entire team was great on move day. Everyone was friendly, asked questions and were eager to follow our instructions on where to put our things, etc. Nothing was damaged and the overall experience was top notch. We'll be using them again soon when our new home is ready!

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. I only had one couch to move from Boston to Denver. They picked it up, held it until a move was scheduled and delivered within 6 weeks. Would use them for anything!!!

Nico was very helpful and accommodating. Our driver was also very courteous and professional. We moved from Illinois to Boston smoothly with their help. The price was great and everything was wonderful. Highly recommended for a no nonsense move.

Poseidon Movers helped me with my long distance move the other day. Even though I was moving out of state, Poseidon was able to provide me with a quick estimate and delivery window. The entire booking process was so simple as well! You can do everything online and I can even track my truck once it's on its way to be delivered. My account manager was transparent about the costs of moving and answered all of the questions I needed to feel secure. I would definitely recommend Poseidon Moving to anyone looking to move!

everything was great until they started unloading my furniture. They did not protect my three E bikes. They tied them up on the side of the truck and they were severely damaged. They offered me $300 when the damage was in the the thousands. They did not take responsibility. Not only did I inform my representative that they were expensive but the guys loading the truck knew it and I even let them ride them in the driveway. Very disappointed. I did end up suing them and winning a judgement.

This is the second time I've hired this company for my move. Dependable and top notch customer service. Jay and his team were very careful with my things. Such hard working individuals and eager to get my stuff in and out. Thank you!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, or at least be prepared to pay for full insurance and buy new furniture when they wreck yours. If you can even reach them to file a claim...

Initially thought we were having a good experience -- quick response and relatively low price to piggyback on a move from Boston to Seattle. They accommodated when we had to move to Los Angeles instead (for a $500 markup).

Upon delivery, we discovered that just about everything not packed by us had been damaged. Multiple boxes/bins we had clearly labeled "FRAGILE" were damaged and/or crushed (items inside mostly survived due to our own liberal over-padding, luckily). My furniture (I'm a furnituremaker by trade) was WRECKED. Chair and table had been knocked around and the paint is dinged, chipped, and dirty, and to my dismay, my favorite cabinet (wrapped by Poseidon) was literally ripped apart, the doors broken, joinery popped loose, etc. I'm kicking myself for not being able to afford premium insurance, because there are thousands of dollars worth of damage that I expect they'll worm out of paying.

The best part? I've been trying to reach them for 3 weeks both by email and phone, and it's impossible to reach their customer service manager, Oleg, to file a claim.

They apparently have plenty of time to write themselves fake 5-star reviews, though -- note the number of celebrity names here (Looking at you Jamie Oliver and Chelsea Peretti) and the multiple 5-star Google reviews by Oleg.

Just moved last week. Three guys came and moved us from our fourth floor walk up. These guys were sweating and working hard and fast. they took care of all fragile, odd shaped and precious items and didn't throw boxes around. they had great efficiency. This is the second time I have used them and I would use them again. They have another stair fee fee, and the hourly rate is so good it is worth it. The price is budget friendly and the work is top notch. I would use them again in the future. Just give them accurate information and they are good with their quote estimate.
