Having used a number of call centres over the last 20 years, I would say that Posh stand out as the most professional and flexible.

Their fees are reasonable certainly in line with the industry averages but they excel in client care and in leaving that all important perfect first impression.

Many of our biggest clients have said “Oh I spoke to Sally who was lovely on the phone”, or “I left a message with Daniel who was very professional”, it is these brief, but important mini-moments that set the tone for a long term business relationship.

We will be staying with Posh and in their capable hands for many years to come.

After a few teething problems to do with telephone numbers and passing on communications with me things (all of which were acknowledged by Posh with no quibbles and some financial compensation)have now perked up. My phone number is for regulatory purposes only so I have few calls inbound but it is an excellent service and the staff are very focused on customer care.

I am very impressed with the team at posh. They are highly professional and skilled in what they do. The service they provide is top-notch, with a high-end feel. However, there is one important aspect that I would like to see improved: call recording. It would be beneficial to have the option to listen back on calls for reference and quality assurance purposes. Other than that, I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend it.
