This app is a joke

This app is a joke. I bought tickets to what looked like a legit event — clean listing, QR code, everything — and when we showed up, the door staff scanned it and instantly said “this ticket doesn’t exist.” We were completely denied entry. Embarrassing and infuriating.

And here’s the crazy part: after this happened, I checked the reviews and realized I’m not the only one. Apparently anyone can throw an event up on this app and make it look real enough to fool people. No verification, no warning, no support — nothing. It’s basically a playground for people who want to sell fake tickets.

The app looks polished, but behind the scenes it’s a free-for-all with zero protection for buyers. We lost our money, wasted our time, and had to pay again at the door. Support? Nonexistent.

Use this app if you want to gamble your night and your money. Otherwise, avoid it. I wish someone had warned me.

I asked one of my employees to create…

I asked one of my employees to create an event on posh VIP that employee is friends with the people who run this platform. I cannot access. The funds from my event posh has not responded. They have blocked me from creating a new account and I have two events with Money sitting and waiting that I cannot access

Thieves

This did absolutely nothing but take my money. There was an event that I had my information in the system to purchase the ticket if my husband were to say yes. But I was never given that opportunity their system decided to go ahead and run my card when their website "glitched". I was kind and understanding and I have all the screenshots of this conversation. Never ask for a refund when they mess up, they won't give it to you even when they know they should.

Can't Unsubscribe

Posh makes it very difficult to unsubscribe from marketing content. I had to open a support ticket to have my account removed, and still, I get text messages from them. Overall poor business practices

I have reserved a vip ticket for for me…

I have reserved a vip ticket for for me and my friends for a mansion party in West Hollywood. We get there it clearly says in the ticket vip tickets get to cut the line at the party and as well as the shuttle, we get to the shuttle pick up location they told us to get to the back of the line our vip tickets are no different from regular so we get to the party we show them the vip tickets they tell us you have the same ticket as everyone else and make us wait at the end if the line of almost 80-90 people. Terrible experience, Posh.vip is terrible at customer service they told me to contact the party hoster for a partial refund or full refund which they never gave.

POSH WILL NOT PROTECT CURATORS

POSH literally does nothing to prevent chargebacks. There is no option to provide evidence to defend against disputes and then when you email them about it they completely ignore it. DO NOT RECCOMMEND

Amazing for hosts

Posh.VIP is #1 in the party planning space. As an owner of one of the largest event companies in Chicago, I can say Posh is superior to any other service. We are easily able to market and the AI detection to help target marketing is superior. I do wish they would add more privacy features to restrict more parts of the event page to confirmed guests. Other than that I love posh.
