So out of date. Like going back before Internet

You cannot edit your pics in any form on this site. You cannot whiten the background, or crop or lighten a photo. You are completely limited in all listing aspects to where we were before the Internet. It is clear that the owner set up the site in 1980 and never came back. They are definitely waaay behind the times on their platform. Hey Poshmark, EBAY has you beat on every level.

Fraud, lack of CSR, time and money waste only

disgrace! POSH advertised SAME SETof PlexiGLASS coasters in 2 accounts: @stepssvan @jeffjohnson333 I made 2 of $600 offers, Posh ACCEPTED both , upped price on one to 650 w/o my permission; & NOT informed of of it. Also failed to inform it was SAME set FALSELY ADVERTISED s 2 different sets. I reached out to BOTH sellers who were actually same guy - Stefan Goddard - asking to PACK WELL EACH PlexiGlass coaster needs to be insulated by at least paper!!! Then Stefan said set is DAMAGED, NOT NEW - as it was advertised NEW, HE cancelled the cheaper sale of 2 purchases from his 2 accounts and then shipped this same DAMAGED SET form account @jeffjohnson333 charging me 650 for NEW but sending DAMAGED set then NOT packing it properly to ensure more DAMAGE is done on the way. I asked Posh to step in and do price reduction based on SELLERS OWN ADMISSION SET WAS DMAGED see communication with @stepssvan; Posh refused to HELP after multiple requests. I now have to escalate to my credit card. AWFUL EXPERIENCE complete disregard of Customer rights and FALSE ADVERTISING techniques.

Attention stay away from this company

Attention stay away from this company! I was charged and sent a purse that I never ordered NEVER. One day I wake up and $58.00 is taken out of my bank. I contact the seller and she tell me to take it up with customer service. So, I emailed them(no phone # to call) and all they did was send me their return policy. Which basically states, no returns. They could care less to fix a problem. So, I called my bank and put in a fraud claim. Which in my opinion I was scammed. This seller sent me a purse I never ordered and charged my card on file. My guess she knows the company will do nothing about it. That to me is being scammed.

To make this situation worse, when the purse arrives it is in horrible condition. I might have just kept the purse. Just so I didn’t have to go through this mess. However the purse was discussing.

All I can do right now is warn people to stay away. You don’t want to go through what others and myself have!! Ebay stands by its sellers and buyers!

DISASTER

What a disaster. The website doesn't retain your information, and yet they don't ever email you a link to set up a new password. The site doesn't have a Support option. Tried FB and a Bot tells you to "select an option below".....yep. NO OPTIONS PROVIDED. I am out.

They will actually steal your order and…

I give 1000 percent to my buyers. I make sure everything is clean, dry cleaned and steamed. I wrap in beautiful boxes with tissue paper and gifts. I want the buyer to feel special! A buyer ripped me off. Poshmark will actually steal your order and delete it and add it to another order to make wrong go away! I wish I made it up but I have two invoices with two separate tracking numbers. They stole $70 and refunded the buyer and gave her my product even with proof free. So they deleted and added to the other order. In other words they are crooks!!! Most items are fake! Anything under $700 is usually a fake and needs to be authenticated and most are fake and you have to fight for your money in return! They are crooks!! As they see the fakes. If you have nice items do not sell to them they will fraud you unless a favorite that arrives in a diaper box. How does a seller become a favorite for high end when it us tossed in garbage; They are frauds! If anything is too good to be true it usually is! They will hurt the buyer and seller! I would never lie. They cancelled my first order and added to a bought bundle. I would never ever give a bundle that cheap with Chanel.. they are thieves!

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 7 a very, very large size 7 the size I typically wear they refuse to take them back when asking just to replace them with a smaller size and tell me it is my fault for not asking more questions. In my opinion, this is horrible customer service and I will never purchase from Poshmark again… I give them a zero from a 1 to 5 scale..

Misleading credit promotion offer

Poshmark offered a promo for a $50 purchase, to receive a $15 Posh credit. I made two purchases that totaled $65 and messaged support to remind them to issue the credit to my account by the date outlined in the promo. However, support replied back that the promo credit only applied to the purchase of a single $50 purchase. I pointed out to them that no where in the promo information, was that indicated and as far as I'm concerned; it was very misleading. I can see why Poshmark's reputation has diminished, their policies are contradicting and apparently; they don't honor what they put in writing. Very dissatisfied and I won't be shopping on the platform anymore, unless I find something I really need that I can't purchase elsewhere.

Buyer Beware

Poshmark allows the sellers to misrepresent the items they list. I purchased a "Wool Blend" sweater for $80.00, only to read the tag and find out it was 88% acrylic and 4% wool.
The company was complicit with this fraud, and did not give me a refund.
Buyer beware!

We tried selling and listed some items on Poshmark. Between the high fees charged and scammers we decided not to participate with this company. Their website is confusing as well. Good luck to anyone selling or buying on this website.

Sellers Beware

This used to be an outstanding platform but they have seriously declined over the past several months. A response from customer service now takes several days to weeks, if you get a response at all. The responses are canned and do not resolve your issue. I am pretty sure Ann is the name of their AI engine. Also, If a buyer is not satisfied with a product, Poshmark no longer requires a buyer to return it. Buyer gets refunds and gets to keep your product. It's a complete lose for the seller. Posh will not even give the seller the option to cover return cost themselves, and they do not respond to those emails. It's sad what it's becoming.

WORST COMPANY

WORST COMPANY! Be aware before you sell valuable items on this site. They do not i sure the high packages so if it gets list you are out of luck. You loose your item and they don’t pay you for it. I sold 2 chanel earrings. $500 each. They sent me the label i sent it out with my proof of receipt that i sent the orders out. Package got list with the cheap usps carrier they picked and again they did not i sure the designer package. The packages got lost in transit. It has been over a month i can’t file a claim with usps since no insurance on the packages and they won’t pay me for it or help me out. I have sent over 30 emails since they have no phone number with no reply. I have attached my proof of receipt that they were shipped out. Nothing. They ignore you, don’t help and you loose your item and money. Worst company and service. A bunch if awful people. Should shut down, they are stealing basically.

The hangbag advertised a crossbody strap but it only had an over shoulder strap. They would not let me return and although they say buyer must authorize for seller to get paid. Poshmark did the authorization. I would never buy nor recommend anyone buy from their site. Customer satisfaction is never considered

Poshmark is a SCAM

I ordered a vineyard vines extra large adult T-shirt on February 28, 2026. A few days later, the item was delivered and was obviously a child’s extra large. I contacted the seller and they wanted to argue that it was an adult extra large. Being that I own several extra large vineyard vines adult T-shirts, I think I would know that it is NOT an adult size. The seller offered no refund or return so I contacted Poshmark with a trouble ticket. Poshmark replied several days later, telling me that I could not return the item but they would give me a five dollar credit. Poshmark can take their five dollars and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. I will never ever purchase From this site again. Also, the fact that they have no customer service number to speak with anyone definitely told me I don’t need to deal with him anymore. One last note, you can leave seller feedback, but they only let the positive feedback show on the sellers account. This is so misleading in so many ways.

Im sorry but this is not acceptable !

Im sorry but this is not acceptable to me. This seller has left me a nasty message and decided that he is not going to ship me the fake shoes neither do I want him to. He has not shipped the shoes and I pit in a request for a refund within hours of payment. I can't have the item in my possession if the seller is not going to send it. This is the second time this has happened on Poshmark! The 1st time the only way I found out that the shoes were replicas was because I sold them on ebay and they failed their extensive & rigorous authentication process. I lost 187 dollars of my hard earned money 💰 I also lost a paying customer, & the reputation of my company was tarnished because of a pair of shoes i purchased off of your site. And that shady woman @tylerhernandez, is still on Poshmark selling merchandise that might not be real. You have no authentication process & this is a concern for me. I refuse to lose anymore money on unauthentic shoes. I know I won't receive a refund. I will be removing my stores closet from your site as soon as all offers expire. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed with Poshmark. You have predatory people on your site & you don't seem to have any successful plan, process or professional way to weed them out and protect the hard working people who sell & shop on here. Thanks for not helping me retrieve my lost currency & have a nice day.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute scam. Used it once, and received a product from seller @egold777 that was about a quarter of the size represented in the photos. Then she refused to refund naturally, because she got $100 for this. First and last time using poshmark - do not use!! The sellers get to determine if they will refund or not supposedly and let’s be honest - none of them will because they’re on this site to scam people and make a quick buck.
