I’ve been taking actiflex for about 4 weeks now and it hasn’t helped at all, my knees are getting worse, not because of the actiflex, need to see the doctor now,

To be perfectly honest I haven’t really noticed any difference. Will finish the course just to see if I notice any improvements, but nothing as yet.

Positive Science People are really good the postage is really quick. The tablets are really good quality and value and really work I can definitely tell a difference in my joints and muscles I have really painful osteoarthritis and they definitely help. I have ordered 4 bottles now as I want to stock up and not run out of them. Excellent service.

Husband says his aches are less frequent and he's sleeping better, so although it's early days, it's looking positive.

After reading about this product I wasn't sure if it would help me, but I am so glad I tried it. My life has changed and I can now do things I haven't been able to do for years like kneeling down and lying on the floor. These would have been impossible before. I have found actiflex really helpful with the stiffness and pain in both my knees having just had results of an xray back i have arthritis in both my knees my right knee was so painful i could not walk on it and had to have time off work i saw a advertisement for actiflex on face book it arrived very quickly within a couple of days of taking it i was able to get about much better and the really bad pain in my knee was a lot better would definitely recommend to anyone in pain with arthritis to get there life back on track

Since starting to take Actiflex I have only occasionally taken paracetamol. I am waiting for knee replacement surgery and this has helped take the edge off the pain

After being sceptical about this or any product, I can honestly say I have felt great relief, especially in my knees after taking these capsules, about to order some more

Very prompt delivery - 2 days after the order made. It only took a few days after using Actiflex that the pain in my left hip and knee had lessened so much that I could walk upstairs without having to go one step at a time, or by clinging onto the banister. Excellent progress every day.

I suffer from arthritis in both knees & my thumbs I was so stiff in a morning when I get up unable to walk probably I was in so much pain I had to lie on the the + do stretches before getting up but now so much better I can walk straight away . My thumbs I was getting a dull ache quite hard opening jars I love acti flex there’s working for me I would definitely recommend them

Have been using actiflex now for about 6 weeks. I notice a marked improvement in my walking and have been able to greatly reduce the amount of painkillers I take.

I've been taking ActiFlex 5-in-1 now for just over a week and I've really noticed a difference in my mobility and pain. Due to arthritis in my hip, I was unable to turn over in bed and unable to walk properly after getting out of bed without severe pain, now I just get the odd twinge. These tablets are amazing!! Thank you so much 😁😁😁

i am trying to cut down on gp scripts to deal with my arthritis because i know a combination of them are effecting my kidneys. so far with acti-flex i have cut down on paracetamol by 50% and celebrex also by 50% and duloxetine by 25%,i have been taking on 2 tablets a day of actiflex but am going to up to the recommended 4. i feel they really are helping in all sorts of ways

Just ordered my second supply (2 months this time) of Actiflex.
Ive definitely noticed improvement in my joints & muscles.
Not all pain free yet but I'm able to move easier & sleep better without pain on moving.
I'm hoping the longer term use will see further improvement.

I’m almost at the end of my first bottle and after 10 days my pain was not as bad as it had been so I’m about to order my next bottle,I have told my friend and she is going to give ActiFlex a try.

Fantastic customer service. The tablets arrived next day with a lovely personal thank you card from Sandra and 2 natural tea bags. I have started the tablets and I’m very positive that these are going to work for my osteoarthritis. I will update on progress.

Lovely to be able to ask questions and receive a personal response from someone who understands arthritis pain and has developed this product . My capsules arrived quickly and I’ve started taking them so hoping to see an improvement - understand this won’t be overnight, but feeling positive 😀
