Less stiffness
I’ve had long term joint stiffness and pain have just started my second pot of ActiFlex
and have noticed slight improvement in stiffness so will continue on and hope the next month it will continue to ease

I have early onset osteoarthritis in my shoulder - before i worked out how to manage it has been very painful, with quite reduced movement. I've used an Australian Oriental Fusions curcumin mix in the past that was excellent but have been unable to get anything similar in the UK. Actiflex exceeds what i have been using - in terms of dose, but also in terms of other useful ingredients - it's really excellent. I generally find that the curcumin takes about 6 days to kick in, and in my mind it takes the top 30% of pain away from my shoulder - which i think has flow on effects which make everything easier and eventually much better - I have more movement, less pain, I can do more which means i have less pain, which means i do more and again have even less pain - etc etc. I've been buying it for other people, I can't recommend it highly enough.
