Postaly's website is simple and easy to use and appears to be serious and trustworthy. It pleases me that there is platform that allows for contact with otherwise "difficult to reach" people. The picture format of the postcard…
The picture format of the postcard changes at the final preview, cutting the picture selected that was already cutted previously. They need to solve that problem but appart from that, everything was fine.

The good, the bad, and the good
EDIT: After posting this review I heard from Postalie. Apparently mine and several other emails got marked as spam. They have offered to send another postcard to my student. I appreciate their response to this review.
After originally posting a very positive review for this company, I am now forced to post a negative one. When I originally posted the positive one they were quick to respond and asked me to repost it on this website. Now that I am having an issue with the post card I cannot get ANY RESPONSE. I sent an email on 6/8 regarding the postcard I ordered on 5/23. My student has NOT received the postcard and is so very saddened. I have asked for tracking information and cannot get a response. Buyer beware!
