The lady on the end of the phone was polite, efficient , spoke clearly and now I can travel to the USA. The price was excellent and have told many friends and at least 2 of them have gone over to postcard.

Had to raise a complain to get the claim
Made a cancellation claim and was declined for a ridiculous reason at the first. Had to raise a complain to get this resolved, but at least it was resolved quickly.

Very happy with my holiday insurance so far. Only a claim really finds out how good any given insurance policy is, but this one is recommended by Which? so I have confidence in it.
Hope I never get to the point of having to seriously test it.

Just what I was looking for and do what others don’t . I now know if my dog gets ill and we can’t go from the point of booking we’re covered. Fantastic price , it’s not one size fits all. Postcard travel insurance is flexible and customer focussed. Well Done Postcard.

Where’s my quote
I ask for a quote awhile ago and didn’t receive any emails with a quote number. Instead I get one asking me to review your lackadaisical company, so you should feel lucky you’re getting two stars instead of one. A little speeder with the replays would make a huge difference.
