My son was so pleased to receive his letter from santer it made his day. The presentation of the letter and certificate was amazing, fast response from customer service when needed, friendly and helpful,

This would have to be the best letter from Santa on the market today. The whole process is so simple from start to finish. The website is easy to use and even lets you do more than one letter at a time. I loved being able to personalize the letter which made sure when me niece read it she felt like it really came from Santa because he knew things that only he would know. The certificate to say she was on the nice list is such a great free add on too! Great value from money. Simple and great quality paper and card clearly a company that cares and wants Christmas to be magical.

Very well put together letter and card, the seal is a great addition. Arrived in perfect condition. Great communication regarding post and delivery. Our granddaughter (5 years old)was so excited when she got the letter she could barely speak. Such a wonderful, touching and heartwarming experience to witness. Worth every penny and then some.
Needless to say she is taking the letter into her school to show her teacher and friends and to let them see that she is officially on the ‘nice list’.
