Didn't receive order and company is unresponsive to email

Placed an order for some protein bars, waited 12 days during which I sent 2 emails with no response. The only email i received was an automated one to say the order was cancelled due to not having stock after the long wait. Really poor, could have at least contacted me to offer an alternative product.

Gone downhill!!!

First few times I bought I was impressed with their service. But then something, quite a large order didn't arrive. No response at all to several emails. They have taken my money and have provided nothing! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Two items were off, zero customer service

I emailed a couple of times to see where my order was but never received a reply. When my order did arrive, two of the items were off. I've emailed again and not had a reply but I was emailed twice to leave a review on the site. I left an honest review on the site and included images but that review has since disappeared.

The company is very keen on applying all sorts of digital marketing, but it doesn't matter how much marketing you use, if your product isn't up to scratch and your customer service falls below expectations, you're never going to market yourself out of that customer experience.

Shocking customer service!

When I first started using posted protein the level of customer service was excellent and I couldn't fault them at all.
The last order I placed with them I have not recieved - this was nearly 3 months ago.
I have sent numerous emails but I have yet to have any kind of response to any of them.
So in short their customer service is shocking and i would not advise shopping with them.

I ordered off of this site on the 28th…

I ordered off of this site on the 28th of March (2 months ago) and still haven't received my order. I am aware we are in difficult times at the moment so there will be a delay in deliveries however, this company are still sending out marketing to my email, texting me etc. but haven't received my package yet. I had a marketing message giving me 5% off my next order yesterday, even though I haven't had my first order. I have emailed and messaged them on all social media platforms and NO response. They do not care about customer service, and I would be completely fine with the delay if someone would just reply to my message and stop sending me marketing about ordering with them again. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Plenty of pretty assurances but very poor customer service

This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for any company but the poor customer service that I received has prompted this review.
I placed a small order of 24 carb killer bars in November for a Christmas present. When they arrived I found one of the bars had a BBE of 10/19. I emailed the company to let them know in case they needed to check their stock. They replied on the 9th December apologising and promising a replacement bar would be posted. I would have been happy to accept a refund or even credit against my next order but thought a replacement would be nice. This has never arrived.
On the 2nd February I emailed to let them know it had not arrived and I was disappointed in their customer service as have still had no reply.You get a standard email:
`We will reply as soon as possible; as a small family business we do not take your business for granted 😃'
My first order was only for £20 but they have lost my future business as well as that from friends and family who are shocked at the lack of customer care. I made allowances for them being busy in the run up to Christmas but have now given up all hope of an apology let alone a replacement bar or refund.

Great company

Ordered some Keto cookies from here as a Valentine’s Day present and my partners loved them. We have recently brought some more as he liked them so much. Website is easy to navigate through and the range of products are really good. Delivery is fast and keeps you well informed.
What I do have to say was a nice gesture, was when I reordered with posted protein I received an email thanking me for making another purchase and it means a lot to them. Most businesses, small or large I’ve found just do a generic thanks for your order, but this felt more personal and definitely made me want to order with them again. It’s the little things.

Awful website + customer service!

Awful website. I ordered 2 cases of Bang for 70£, but I have never received anything! It’s at least 3-4 weeks ago since i ordered this, and at once DHL said it was on it’s way, and then suddenly it was returned to seller.
I have heard nothing from you about this! You don’t even respond to my mails.
I have gotten no cases of Bang, no money refund and definitely no service! I honestly just want to get back my money, and not use this website again. It’s sad.

Awful Customer Service

Never had such a poor experience with a company that I've needed to leave a bad review. First order was so good, fast delivery times and a great product however second order was never received and the seller (PostedProtein) have ignored my contact over the issue for near enough 2 weeks. I've requested a refund on two occassions and they have straight up ignored me.

Looks like their customer service is only great when things are going well.
