Absolutely fab service! And email customer service is second to none. Highly recommend!

I’ve placed 2 orders with posted protein so far and I have to say I’m SO impressed. The products I’ve tried so far (battle bites and nano protein pancakes) are absolutely delicious and a great way to get some protein post training. I recently experienced a problem with the delivery company and the posted protein team organised re delivery immediately. Could not have asked for more and will definitely be ordering again. I would recommend this site to anyone who will listen!

I stumbled across PP on Instagram and I was so glad I did. They have a huge stock of lots of different products, delivery is very quick and very efficient. Customer service are so polite, friendly and accommodating. I can honestly say I won't shop elsewhere now. Absolutely love PP.

This shop has the biggest selection of protein snacks! After my workouts I love to eat something healthy, protein packed, but also delicious. I love trying different brands, and Posted protein has a variety of them!

Made my first order at the weekend, postage was free and arrived within a couple of working days, good selection of protein bars at a fair price, the clearance section is always worth a look too! Great small company to support and prices equal footing with amazon, keep it up guys...

My go to website for protein products. I'm a massive fitness fanatic and I am always looking for macro friendly protein bars.
I love the variety available including some items I've never seen before.
They do always seem to also get stock of new stuff quickly.
The delivery is quick and the delivery has a handwritten personal thank you message which is a great touch.

I have been buying protein products from this company for a couple of years.

The service and delivery are top-notch. Great communications and underpinned by a sensible pricing policy. The team are clearly committed to terrific customer experience - would definitely recommend this business.

I really like this company, & don't quite understand why it doesn't have an 'excellent' rating on here. There is a great selection of products, packages are quickly posted, & you get a hand written note in your parcel (I am a sucker for those though!).
The only thing I'm a little disappointed about is that they never have the Jim Buddy flavour doughnut I want in stock!
But great company, with a good ethos, that obviously like to give back to the community (meals for the homeless) and care about waste (selling out of date products at a reduced cost).

Amazing customer service. Always so helpful and shipping is always prompt. Such a great brand & ethos. I have never had any issues with them and have placed multiple orders. I Would recommend Posted Protein to anyone.

All fine and dandy when there are no problems with the order.
However, when things start to go wrong, as they did with my recent attempted order, their much vaunted customer service transforms into silence.
There's a reply from the company below.
I wasn't offered free additional samples. I wasn't "guided through the checkout process" (makes me sound technologically inept).
"Became abusive to our support staff" is a lie. I didn't speak to anyone.
However, after several attempts with the order over a week I was indeed fed up with the whole thing. That the company thought that the best way of dealing with my frustrations was losing my custom says it all.
Not quite all. So efficient is this company that even after "discontinuing the relationship" they sent me another email asking if I had any issues.

Great customer service! I have ordered a few times from posted protein and the product range is brilliant and they always keep you updated on delivery plus the hand written notes are so lovely!
