I ordered home delivery since the package was heavy, the time of delivery changed on the day of arrival. I had to move my dinner and the package still did not arrive at the new time. Now I have a delayed dinner and now package. The package even arrived damaged and missing parts of delivery.

Who work in posten need to be fired.We tired for yours workers. I waited for my parcel, which was written to be delivered at 18:11(hjemmelevering). I was specifically at home, that to go out and pick up right away, unfortunately no one delivered anything,i don’t understand or employees if the is stealing or what

Posten is a reliable and trustworthy service, and everything I ordered so far arrived super fast!

A terrible postal service. Only recently moved to Norway. Posten have managed to loose track of my parcels. Also the time it takes for parcels to arrival incredibly slow. From the UK it takes a few days to reach Oslo to go through customs then everything grinds to a halt before the item is forwarded onto my town Bodo....almost 2 weeks on my parcel is still in Oslo and nobody at Posten the wiser what is going on and losing track of of my previous package. Incompetence, unreliable and untrustworthy best describes Posten.

Worst post service in Europe. Possibly the world. Dont expect Letters or Parcels you post to ever arrive on time... If at all.

Ordered a package, got it home delivered. Checked the status of it at 6pm "estimated delivery 20:00-21:00". Sat down and watched a movie, next I know I hear the doorbell ring. I run to the door just to see the postman leave. Literally tried to yell and wave him down. What a waste of my time.

Mind you he didn't even come around the estimated time. Why even have that if you're not going to use it even remotely? Guy rang my doorbell at 19:12 Literally didn't even give me a minute to get to the door

Got something delivered from Norway to Germany in 3 days in a regular registered letter containing commercial goods. Item arrived in good condition. Small damages were due to packaging of seller.

Worst freaking post ever.Lived in 7 countrys before Norway and level of services are the poorest.Always fuc¥ing late,there is no such a thing they can handle how they suposed to.
If you want to send or fix something choose other option..

If you are insane enough to give these drugged cretins your money or package then think again. Use anything else like nimber or deliver it yourself.
They use your package as a football and it will be a miracle if it ever arrives and you can be sure it will be weeks or months delayed at best. A month to move a package a distance that a car covers in an hour ? This is routine. Dont expect anyone to care the slightest bit when they crush or loose your package.
Well what do you expect when the daily routine is load up the truck with deliveries then get so wasted / drugged they have no clue what city or even country they are in and just "drive" randomly around until the truck stops. (yes we notice "tracking info" is made up and useless) Its no mystery it takes so long to find the correct city when every journey is random. Why not try use map or gps and read what city a package is supposed to go to instead and have deliveries made in hours instead of months ? Never gonna happen with drugged cretins. Mind boggles to what could happen if one of these cretins could get sober or learn to read a city name.

Had to pick up package a day later at store because it was "too big" to be put in my mailbox. It was empty that day and the package was tiny, the size of a coffee cup. Lazy postman

Paid for a 2-day delivery from Norway to Germany. 6 day later, the package is still in Bergen, Norway, "The shipment was unfortunately sent incorrectly, but was forwarded to the correct place."
Avoid at all costs!!! Go with a real and serious parcel company like DHL, UPS or Fedex. These people are employed and paid by the grace of God

This is the last time i use this Post office to buy Online..My item is in transit for 10 days....How many days needed just to put a package in an Aeroplane....Singapore Post is Cheaper and faster than that...

Payed to authorise me as a person. Keeps sending me to different places where there scanner is not working. This has been going on for a couple of months.

I wish it was a 0 star alternativ because this must be the worst rubbish postal service on the planet. Expensive and slow. A customer service so bad that it's beyond believe. This morning I tried to call them and gave up after 45 minutes of listening to a recorded message repeated every minute or so that some waiting time was to be expected due to heavy traffic. No estimated waiting time, no info about position in the call line and, of course, no call back servise. I could train my dog to do better.
