Confused customer service.
I ordered a poster in July. They sent it to the wrong address. The second time it happened again, really annoyed as it was a birthday present for a friend. Today despite them letting me know it was returned to them I received it??

Brilliant company
Second time I have used posterlounge. And very pleased with this company , communication is good and items well packaged.
My delivery date was cancelled but then was rearranged by UPS a few days later.
I ordered a large gallery print and wasn’t sure about type of frame to do it justice, but being able to look at the image with different frames and colours was helpful.
I am really happy with my choices and the shutter frame really does it justice.
Would highly recommend even the UPS delivery driver was very pleasant.

Outstanding Quality Prints
I’ve ordered one canvas print and one acrylic print from Posterlounge and the quality on both is outstanding. Delivery is on the slower side, but as they ship from abroad I understand why, though it would be nice to see this improved. That said, the wait is worth it. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the near future — they make amazing art pieces for the home.

This was my second time ordering a poster, first time framed and everything was perfect. It was delivered even earlier than planned. Quality of the paper for the poster is great and the frame is nice and sturdy. I already recommended this page to a friend and will definitely be ordering more. Excellent service!
