Not the one for me but Customer Services was helpful
I ordered about 10 posters of 13 x 18 cm so quite a little bit of money spent. The delivery was smooth and the exterior of the package was decent enough, it came in a reinforced cardboard envelope.
Unfortunately, upon opening the parcel, 4 of the posters had been crumpled on the left hand corner causing the paper to split. These are for gifts so not able to use, had it been for my own use I would have overlooked it. However, after inspecting the posters further, the copyright label is stamped across the bottom part of the small poser, and on most cases literally over the artwork itself, rendering it useless.
I contacted support team who asked for picture proof which were provided, and was advised the copyright label is legally required. I was offered a refund; it was not clear at first if the refund would be partial or full, and I sent an email outside of working hours and posted the review whilst evidently unhappy; however, the next available Monday a member of the support team called me to advise me the refund would be full and a written succinct confirmation was provided .
From an artwork point of view, I understand the legalities of copyright, however I do believe the copyright ©️ label should be placed somewhere else than on the artwork.
The posters are of medium quality, but they do have originality.
I updated my initial review of 2 stars to 3, due to the fast resolution on behalf of the support team.
I would give 4 for customer services only, and 3 for the quality of the prints (copyright label issue aside).

Quality not good enough
The packaging was great and good care was taken to make sure the product arrived safely. Unfortunately the quality is not great though. I bought the Porco Rosso poster 60x90 and it looks very low resolution. I'm not talking about the drawing per se but the text around it looks pixelated. If this size is too much the product should be limited to smaller size to ensure the quality remains high rather than allowing for larger prints to just look bad.

Beautiful canvas
Beautiful canvas arrived today. 2 weeks waiting for it to be shipped from Germany but it was worth it. Unfortunately UPS were the carrier so I had 3 delivery dates given before my picture arrived.
The quality of the canvas is excellent and I will definitely order more art from POSTERLOUNGE- if I can choose a carrier that is not UPS.

The prints are good. Those ordered directly from their website are of much higher quality than the personalized posters, which unfortunately always seem to turn out blurry or out of focus. Sadly, refunds don’t apply to personalized posters—even when the quality is so poor that they end up being thrown away, resulting in a complete loss of money. I won’t argue with that policy—I can understand it, to some extent.
What I deeply dislike, however, is their reliance on UPS (at least for deliveries in France), which has been a complete nightmare. My parcel is currently who-knows-where, and the courier keeps claiming that my address is incorrect. Spoiler alert: it’s not. Every other courier finds my address without a problem. With UPS, it’s always the same story.
I’ve tried rescheduling the delivery multiple times myself. I even called UPS customer service to ask them to handle the redelivery, thinking I might be doing something wrong. My parcel was originally supposed to be delivered on Monday, June 30, 2025. It's now Friday, July 4, and I still haven’t received it.
The moral of the story? The package will most likely be returned to the sender because UPS couriers either can’t do their job properly—or simply don’t want to.
As much as I appreciate Poster Lounge, I deeply regret placing this order. I won’t be ordering from them again. The process of receiving an item shouldn't be this difficult—especially when shipping fees are paid by the customer. This is not how things should be handled.

Les impressions sont de bonne qualité. Celles commandées directement sur leur site sont bien meilleures que les posters personnalisés, qui, malheureusement, sont toujours flous ou mal définis. Malheureusement, aucun remboursement n’est possible pour les posters personnalisés, même lorsque la qualité est si mauvaise qu’ils finissent à la poubelle, ce qui revient à perdre son argent. Je ne vais pas contester cette politique — je peux la comprendre, dans une certaine mesure.
Ce que je déteste profondément, en revanche, c’est leur choix de passer par UPS (du moins pour les livraisons en France), qui est un véritable cauchemar. Mon colis est actuellement quelque part — je ne sais pas où — et le livreur prétend que mon adresse est incorrecte. Spoiler : elle est correcte. Tous les autres transporteurs trouvent mon adresse sans aucun problème. Avec UPS, c’est toujours la même histoire.
J’ai essayé de reprogrammer la livraison plusieurs fois moi-même. J’ai même appelé le service client UPS pour leur demander de gérer la reprogrammation, pensant que je m’y prenais peut-être mal. Mon colis devait initialement être livré le lundi 30 juin 2025. Nous sommes aujourd’hui vendredi 4 juillet, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
Moralité : le colis sera sûrement renvoyé à l’expéditeur, car les livreurs UPS sont soit incapables de faire leur travail correctement, soit trop paresseux pour le faire.
Autant j’apprécie Poster Lounge, autant je regrette sincèrement cette commande. Je ne commanderai plus chez eux. Recevoir un colis ne devrait pas être aussi compliqué — surtout quand les frais de port sont à la charge du client. Ce n’est pas une façon acceptable de procéder.
