I ordered a bundle which was really great value, I had to pay a small customs charge separate to the store cost, but the shipping was free on the bundle offer anyway. These zines are really great quality, not like a normal zine, they feel like a magazine or book print and the A1 size poster when it folds out is really big. You can get A1 frames from Amazon which is a standard UK. I chose 5 of my favourite artists and each one has an interview with the artist included. They also send me a shiny sticker for free which is very nice.

It's a total scam.

I placed an order on their site and received nothing. I sent several emails asking for a status, I sent dms on social networks: they do not respond. Yet they send out promotional emails and post on social networks...

Payment is by credit card and not Paypal, good luck getting your money back.

I ordered in January, paid & have received nothing. No response to 4 e-mails, and yet Posterzine still send me special offers. Are they still in business?

I had an issue and need an invoice,
I send 6 mails, and never get any answer.
I tried to reach by social media, but messages and comments are blocked on all posts.
I think this company should be reported as really really really unprofessional, I do not recommend

Really awesome quality posters with my favourite designers. They are very big when unfolded. They had a problem with the subscription system which they fixed for me. Thank you for the extra sticker too.

Not my first time buying from Posterzine, but won't be coming back. I had an issue with my order and Customer Service were impossible to get hold of, and once I finally heard back they were completely unprofessional, accusatory and rude. Shame as the designs are nice.

I had been subscribed for over a year and love supporting this independent publication. I recently moved house and forgot to update my address. After realising my orders hadn’t been arriving I contacted customer service and they were more than helpful and reshipped my orders free of charge. If you love independent art and publishing this is definitely a company to get behind.

Great product and great service. Subscribed for my daughter and she is beyond happy with the orders that come through the post every month.

Similarly to other reviewers here, I’ve had a terrible experience trying - and failing - to get through to Posterzine to either get an answer about where my missing issues are or to cancel my subscription.
I’ve tried messaging on Instagram and they’re not receiving messages and they’ve turned off comments on their posts.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and they’re still taking my money every month. Such a shame because I really love the publication and I want to support it. But being ignored with money being taken every month feels fraudulent?
Don’t subscribe, it’s too disappointing!

I purchased a selection of 5 using their Mix & Match option.There are so many fantastic artists to choose from and the quality is amazing. They fold out into a large format art print. I will definitely be buying more.

Like many people on here, I’ve had a subscription for over a year. I didn’t receive any for about 8 months (and didn’t realise until I was going through bank statements) after emailing I went through two people who said they did ship them but I certainly didn’t receive any. Eventually they shipped out the missing issues and for about 3 months they all came on time. Again I’ve gone months without receiving any, no response from customer service or the director and I can’t see a way of cancelling my subscription so I’ll go via my bank to do so. Avoid a subscription!!!!!!!

Cool products but untrustworthy and terrible customer service.

I got a posterzine subscription - the first poster arrived quickly however the second did not arrive at all. I did not receive an order confirmation for the second poster however the money was deducted from my bank account. I continued to check my page for updates however the status stayed as 'paid' but 'unfulfilled'. After a month of not receiving the poster I checked my account again to find that the subscription had disappeared from my account page. I attempted to contact them via email and instagram however they ignored my emails and even blocked my Instagram! I was forced to contact my bank for a refund.

I ordered a large amount of zines to decorate my studio. They came in great time and they even gave me a free bone folder and stickers. Beautiful quality and really lovely customer service. Its great to see small independent companies doing the most!

Excellently produced product featuring some of the world’s leading designers and illustrators at a very affordable cost.

Horrible customer service. Horrible experience overall. I had a subscription. They were charging me monthly shipping, and we’re not shipping items on a monthly basis, but rather wait for months, and then place all those posters in package. Customer service was non existent. Two years after my last purchase from these guys I got an unauthorized charge on my credit card (temporary one) to poster zine. I honestly hate this place.

Buyer beware!

Left an email, a message and a comment on their Instagram, but they just deleted and ignore them. Cool products and I want to support them, but their customer service is appalling.

Furthermore, I have paid 7x and only received 3 posters. With the latest 3 poster shown to have ‘unfulfilled' status.

When I go to the Posterzine website, there's no option to cancel subscription, so seems like I locked in forever. As they don't seem to want to help me, I can only
say be careful if you're thinking to subscribe here.
