3 Days to move a package to the next Terminal 30 min away
I send a parcel from cologne to Viborg (it's a 8h drive). The German postal service delivered the package to a place 1h Drive from Viborg within one day. Since then It has taken Post Nord 4 Business Days to move the parcel from one terminal 1h Drive away to the next 30min away. To me this is unacceptable. Post should be delivered within a maximum of 3 Business day. Of course there can be complications but this is not the first time this has happened. I am disappointed by the lack of service this company delivers.
Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Ordred a big pageged and pay for door delivery. Then i got a message that driver would like and update on how i want it delivered. So i wrote he needs to call mobil number xxx. But he didn't so now i need to pick it up my self from somewere, even though i pay for delivery to the door. Ho is going to pay for taxi for picking it up + all this time i have to use be course some incompetence driver didn't do his job. Really really bad service. If i can i will aviod ever using them again.

Package never arrived - bad service
I sent a package to Japan and it hasn't arrived. It has been 3 months, and several chats with Postnord's AI bot and customer service and nothing has been resolved. Incredibly frustrating.
Custom fees for used items!
They made me pay 30 EUROS in custom fees for used items ordered from the UK. I will never use PostNord again, they are completely useless.
Missing package due malicious behaviour or gross negligence/incompetence
The delivery driver 'supposedly walked into the hallway of my apartment complex, looked at the letter-sized package, 12x19x4 cm, then decided that it didn't fit in the letterbox, decided that since I only paid for My package home, that he didn't need to ring the doorbell or knock (confirmed by customer service that you have to pay extra for this.) Then decided that I was unreachable, despite no attempt being made.
I spoke to customer service who informed me that it will be available at the pickup point the next day (it wasn't, as it turns out the driver couldn't manage to deliver it there either.)
It has now been a week since I complained and postnord has decided that the package has vanished from the surface of the earth.
My assumption is that the driver was so scathed by my complaint that the just threw it away.
Furthermore out of 68 packages in the past year postnord has managed to deliver 2 of them to my home. The rest I have had to pick up at the pickup point the next day due to failed delivery.
Absolutely atrocious service.

The Absolute Worst Service Imaginable
I can say without exaggeration that PostNord is the worst service provider of any kind, anywhere in the world. What makes it even worse is that many of us are forced to use their services — for example, Migrationsverket in Sweden requires it for sending or receiving critical visa documents.
Let me share just a few of my real experiences:
When I was required by Migrationsverket to send my visa documents through PostNord, I used their tracking service since the documents were extremely important. They lost them. Completely.
After weeks of contacting customer support and hearing the same scripted line — “We are escalating your concern and actively working to gather information about your parcel” — I gave up. My documents were never delivered, never returned, and no one took responsibility.
But my case was nothing compared to what they did to my friend. He traveled all the way to Ethiopia to get his wife’s biometrics done so she could finally join him in Sweden. Migrationsverket sent her residence permit card via PostNord. Guess what? They lost that too.
And since biometrics are a one-time process, he had to fly back to Ethiopia and redo everything — all because of PostNord’s incompetence.
And just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, my latest order from Stadium disappeared into thin air.
I received no SMS, no email, no update in the PostNord app — absolutely nothing. Then, out of nowhere, I got a message from Stadium claiming that PostNord had attempted delivery, which was a complete lie. There was no delivery attempt at all.
When I called their customer service, I was number 45 in the queue, which already says a lot. After nearly an hour of waiting, someone finally answered — and she sounded like it was her first day on the job.
She told me that my email address was incorrect, which is why I hadn’t received any communication. But when I asked her whether this issue was only for this order or a problem with my entire PostNord profile — since I had received emails from them before — she went completely silent.
She had no idea what to say, no clue how to escalate the issue, no ability to troubleshoot anything. I finally gave up and said, “Just book me a delivery as soon as possible.”
How can a company in a country as advanced as Sweden provide such shockingly poor and disorganized service?
I’ve seen more reliable logistics systems in developing countries that operate with a fraction of the technology and funding PostNord has.

Postnord stole my parcel
Postnord stole my parcel. Received a notification that postnord had just delivered it to my locked mailbox. But parcel is way too big to fit the mailbox. Went to check and no parcel. Since postnord incorrectly claim that they have delivered parcel to a mailbox even though the parcel is way too big to fit the mailbox, it is considered delivered by vendor and I have lost any claim.
Deliver to door scam
I supposed to get a contactless delivery to my door for which I paid extra money. I wrote the door code for the apartment entrance since I do not need to be home for this delivery - stated by the postnord app. However I was home. The postman was holding one package in his hand, but went into the wrong apartment. Shortly, he came out and walked to my apartment. He entered with the code. Walked up the stairs, placed the package and just left. Not ringing my doorbell, not knocking the door. I wached him from the window leaving, getting back into his Postnord van - WITH MY PACkAGE IN HIS HANDS.
Then I got a notification from the postnord app that the postman could not enter the building, therefore I will need to go to pick it up myself at the nearest drop off point. I tried to file a complaint to claim the delivery fee back, but cannot do that in the app, cannot do it on their website and just simply asking for contacting with me via email failed. After I was writing a the long message and attach picture it just failed to send my request upoin clicking "send".
Pay me back 89 kr for your failing delivery man who cares less.

Never ever trust PostNord
Never ever trust PostNord, I had no way to track my package which is a heavy object, they didn't let me select to leave the package outside the door, nor any extra information to give the driver in their app.
I just suddenly got a notification the package would be sent to the terminal because "I wasn't available". I didn't receive an sms, call nor email, literally NOTHING. So I call them so they send the driver back and I decided I'd literally stand outside waiting (because they don't notify they're there) but then the call to PostNord takes 30 minutes for my queue turn and they tell me the driver is already heading out the country.
I just moved and I don't even have a car here, can't go retrieve the heavy object that far, I need it very badly and was counting on them. They didn't do anything about it in the end. I had zero problems with literally like 10 other deliveries the past few days that weren't PostNord. I wish I could have chosen anything else than PostNord but CDON didn't let me choose nor specified it'd be them.
Failed to deliver
POSTNORD failed to deliver and blames the customer for not being at home. Confusing and changing information about where the parcel will be delivered after that. I give two stars because not every delivery has been a problem. But overall I find it difficult to trust PostNord as such.
Waiting for parcel for a month for…
Waiting for parcel for a month for nothing. They say "we sent it back to the sender bcoz you didn't reply to the mail we sent". But I have never received a mail, email, nor SMS. We gave up and the sender was waiting for the package, but it didn't come. We followed up in various ways and turned out that they didn't even send it back to the sender. Instead, they sent me an email, "is this a gift?". I said, "I bought it online", attaching a receipt. Finally, I received an invoice for the custom clearance and taxes. They said, "we will deliver it on Monday". Of course, we were waiting for it, but they failed to deliver without a solid reason. Thanks to them, we paid A LOT and got anything. Basically, we just dumped our money.

I sent a package I sold through Vinted the person said they have not received the item he sent me pics the box didn’t looked like it was taped all over.
So basically my jeans could have dropped somewhere all because these people didn’t bother to feel the box or check if it’s tapped correctly and just delivered and empty box now I am trynna resolve that part and when you call PostNord they give you this automated robot to talk to it’s annoying.
They need to fix all of this. Because either they neglected my package or someone stole it.
