Couldn’t pickup parcel as PostNord didn’t notify me in tome

I received a paper letter saying I need to go pick up a parcel. The problem is that the pickup deadline has passed by 3 days when I received the letter for the first time. Tried contacting customer support but I had a bot tellling me the obvious that the parcel is expired and was sent back. The bot didn’t let me connect to a human agent either for further explanation. Horrible experience!

An extremely unprofessional person…

An extremely unprofessional person answering questions with. "There is nothing we can do".
Not taking responsibility and also offering up no support at all..

I rarely wast time writing these things but this company should not be in business.. To many mistake, to many times and too little solutions!!

Avoid Postnord at all times

I sell cups on Tradera. I have sold more than 30 in the last months. This week a customer received a package of two cups. One was broken. I reimbursed her directly and thought it was an easy fix with Postnord. They asked me to answer a couple of questions and send in some photos, which I did. Then within a few minutes I received an email that Postnord will not reimburse, because they need to have a photo of the packaging inside the box, when the cups were still packed inside the box. The customer that bought the two cups did not take such a photo. She wrote to me that she thought it looked really good how it was packed (covered on all sides with thick layers of bubble wrap plastic and paper). So she unpacked the package, without taking any photo and then discovered one cup was damaged. She took photos of the package then and of the damaged cup. I answered all Postnord's questions and send all photos available. But they stick to their decision to not reimburse. So my advice would be to avoid Postnord. They do not care about their customers. They don't want to reimburse anything. They just ask for you for photos you can not provide in order to hide behind that to not reimburse. I mean, I have sent many cups and even to other countries and never has any of them got damaged, so clearly I know how to pack them. It is obvious that they just handled the package too rough and the customer is the one that pays for it. For private people, with very small margins on what they are selling, this leads quite quickly to stop using platforms as Tradera, as it just does not make send to sell 10 cups and then lose all your profit, because these amateurs don't know how to handle packages and let the customers pay for it.

prepare to wait forever

I called multiple times for help about a parcel and was the 107th-140th(!!!!!!) person in que EVERY TIME. I do not believe that this is real. I sent them multiple e-mails (with the same content) over the course of two weeks and have not received any replies. If you are so busy that you receive 140 calls at the same time you must do many things wrong.

Horrible

Horrible, horrible!!

Avoid for business shipments at all costs!

We included door code, we were at the office and they never used it, but registered it as failed delivery.

Thousands of kronor paid in shipping costs gone, they returned the package in less than a week.

How this clown company manages to exist…

How this joke company manages to exist is beyond me. They lose packages left and right, fail deliveries, claim they tried to deliver a package while just driving past your home. Any company that uses this service should reconsider since postnord is incompetent clown show that cant even do a job right that a toddler could.

the worst courier service

the worst courier service. I ordered something and the delivery was cancelled because I wasn't home (I was home) then they sent the package 22 km away from me. I tried to contact them. but the customer service is unprofessional, they hung up while I was answering. for no reason. Since they are still wrong, I should pay for the shipping again.

Worlds worst postal service.

Worlds worst postal service.

Absolutely avoid postnord. Your package is likely to not be delivered. If you book a home delivery, they don't even show up half of the time. And when you need help there's no one to talk to. It's internationally known as the worst in the world for a reason

Horrible customer service

It's the second time they dont even try to call me when i am waiting for the parcel at home.

Clear instructions, door code... And they just send a message: "impossible to leave the parcel, door locked and we couldnt reach anyone".

They just even tried to do it.

The worst shipping company in Sweden…

The worst shipping company in Sweden with the poorest customer service. my package was not delivered under 2 weeks. when called the customer service, they tell me it is on the way, as it also show in the app, but then the whole day passes and the delivery status changes to tomorrow, and tomorrow it is the same status. No delivery in 10 working days so far.

I got a little worried about a package sent overseas with PostNord, so contacted their customer service. After a few seconds checking from their side, could give me an update, a recommendation as far as best ways to help find information when standard methods fail and wished me a great rest of the evening. Can’t collect package because my full…

Can’t collect package because my full first name isn’t on the package. Calling helpdesk didn’t help. A simple routine says no, so human also says no. I’m the only person with the last name Tjepkema in Sweden, but still no exceptions can be made. I contacted the sender like PN asked. Person on the phone at PN has no communication and de escalation skills and was overall unwilling to help. Is that how you want to be as an almost monopolist? Just forget that humans rely on your service?

Home delivery is a cruel joke

Home delivery is a cruel joke. They never contact you and you receive a notification that the receiver was unreachable. I would like to know if they threaten their drivers to be quick so they can't actually do their jobs or they are incompetent and lazy. If there is a choice, do not choose PostNord.

I was waiting for a parcel via…

I was waiting for a parcel via packetpost for three weeks and did not receive it. When I asked the reason for delay Postnord said it was returned. But it did not sent to the sender yet. My address was correct and telephone number was there but there is no reason to return it and they didn't give any reason.

I don’t recommend

The package was delivered to a service point which is far from me yet was meant to be a home delivery. When I called they admitted it was there fault but they had nothing to do about it. Why do you have customer service if you can’t solve anything? Sooo annoying and I can’t recommend
