I have made an order for 10 clothing items. After waiting four weeks for my order to be shipped and delivered. I suddenly got a message saying that my order was delivered at 4:20 am. Of course, they couldn’t send me anything regarding the proof of delivery, no photo or signature etc. They asked me to to contact the courier, but they didn’t provide me any information either and I lost all my money. This company is not genuine.
My parcel was never delivered. Emailed customer service several times. just kept getting the reply that it had been delivered and contact the local courier. They would not tell me who the courier was or what the tracking number was. DO NOT use this company - SCAM
