A Well-Deserved A Rating

Postscanmail is without question a fantastic resource. I rely on their service to receive very important mailings and they have never let me down. Their operation is very smooth and I have had only positive experiences with their services and their staff. In the event that I have an inquiry, their staff is very quick with their response and their response is always right on point. I’m happy to take the time to give this review because they deserve it. I give them an A rating across the board.

Amazing Customer Service

PostMailScan made the entire application and setup process smooth from start to finish. They guided me every step of the way and were always responsive—honestly couldn’t ask for better turnaround times. Everything was handled quickly, clearly, and professionally. Highly recommend.

Good customer service

I've used this service for years. It's been really helpful for me because I often spends extended time away from home. I am guessing that a recent update on their side changed my account settings which changed the way I was receiving the scan of my mail. When I brought the issue to their attention, it was corrected within 12 hours.

Friendly and Highly Capable Staff

Jennifer Bryant made it possible for me to come in and get my USPS form notarized and pick up my mail personally. I got a lot of further help from a man who I believe is named Victor Aldana or something similar. He was, like Jennifer, exceptionally nice and helpful. I have trouble with technology (since I'm OLD) and they made it easy for me and even fun, which is saying a lot.

Don't forget forwarding insurance!

PLEASE DEAR LORD GET ADDED INSURANCE!

I had a package sent to my PostScan Mail address and it was forwarded to me. When I forwarded it, the package was, I think, stolen by someone who works at UPS. After a long process, PostScan Mail did right by me, and I am grateful.

When forwarding, you do need to get additional insurance which I painfully learned. PostScan Mail does need to amend that process to be more clear on the checkout page.

Thank you to the team, Kathleen, Stephen and Kristin were professional and I am sorry for the experience.

Will, we understand how frustrating this situation is, and we want to address your concerns directly and transparently.

Your package was successfully processed at our New York location and handed off to the carrier without issue. Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, the transportation and delivery are handled by them, and delays or losses in transit are outside of our direct control. That said, we do not step away from the situation—we’ve already filed a claim with the carrier and are actively working to locate your package and resolve this matter.

Regarding insurance, customers have full control over how they choose to ship their items. We offer multiple options, including adding insurance coverage or arranging local pickup for a more secure handoff. While insurance is optional, we strongly encourage it for high-value shipments. Our support team is available with live agents (no automated menus) to help customers understand these options before shipping so they can make informed decisions.

We also take your feedback about the local office seriously. Commenting on package contents is not aligned with our service standards, and we are addressing this directly with the location.

Our goal is to get your package located and this issue resolved. We will continue to keep you updated as soon as we receive new information from the carrier.
