Very Very Very bad service. i'm in contact with them for more than a week to ship my package, they ignored me on emails, and WhatsApp, I gave them all information and i asked them to calculate the shipping fee so i can pay, always the same answer "your request has already been sent to our concerned team and we are still awaiting other feedback from them to let you know." very bad service

I'm dealing with Postshipper since 2 years now, they are vey professional and I did not face any problem with the packaging, pricing and the delivery time.
They would be a bit slow in replying to emails but, the Whatsapp agent is replying faster.

They give you a lot of free services such as free pictures and 60 days storage + buy4me service, which can be helpful if the website you buying from doesn't accept anything outside USA visa.

My experience over 4 years was great. Little delays during pandemic and moving to new location which expected. Variety of payment and delivery options are super. The only company offer the ability to collect and store the items in your box for 60 days. Simply the best company I ever dealt with. Thanks

I love how much these guys treat me as a personal friend. They listen, help and act wonderfully. I send my package to the old address by mistake, once I informed them they sent someone to the old address to collect it and they put it in my inbox.

I exclusively use postshipper for all my online shopping. Super easy to use, I get pictures of everything received and never had any problems with them.

I used to shop everything in my country, however since I used Postshipper and started to fond their great service and convenient app. I am predominantly buying things now from US & UK.

I Find their speed and prices are very much the main drivers for me to purchase internationally.

I have been with Postshipper for more than 4 years, they had their challenges during COVID, not anymore. They are very affordable, fast and efficient. Their website is easy to use. And their app is a great advantage.

I have used this website 3 times,
all of them Economy Shipping. to Kuwait
the first package was calculated as 4lb Volumetric weight for an order total of $37.87. if your package is 3 lb it will be calculated as 3lb but if it is 3.1 it will be calculated as 4lb. it took 9 days to arrive at my house. the website will ask you the value of your goods for the customs fees.
the last package was computer components
GPU motherboard CPU ram SSD, calculated as 12lb Volumetric weight for ORDER TOTAL
$81.97. the value of goods was 900 $
so you can not fake the value of goods you must write the real value and pay customs fees or they will not charge your goods.
when your goods arrive at the company warehouse it will take 1 / 2 business days to appear on the website, it takes 1 business day until they charge it. i can not find cheaper .
there is one disadvantage they are really slow in replying to messages, WhatsApp does not work and the email takes a day or two to respond

My shipment was delivered to the old warehouse .i tried to contact them numerous times no one responds so my stuff is lost . The service is very weak and expensive . Be careful stay away from them.

I am under the impression they steal people's goods and packages. I am trying to reach out to their support they never respond, and you have no mean to reach out to them
