Maris Piper's are dumped

Kids won't eat frozen chips anymore
These are such low sugar content, I am now making pale chips as good as any chippy and the kids ask for 'proper chips' now. They do roast well too. Keep them in the garage in pitch darkness and easily last 1 month. Just made my forth order.

Very pleased with these potatoes,just what I needed they are good all rounders and came in super condition.The delivery was fast and they were packed well,they lasted over the month for just the two of us and were just as good at the end as in the beginning

The potatoes are very tasty, but.....
I found the taste of the potatoes to be good, but unfortunately, the order management and delivery were terrible. I had ordered three bags of potatoes, but they were packed in boxes which caused some inconvenience. During the first delivery attempt, only one of the boxes arrived, and I had to contact them again to receive the remaining two bags. They again packed the potatoes in boxes during the second delivery, which were not very strong, and the potatoes got wet somewhere during the transit. As a result, I had to transfer them to dry potato sacks. I would like to request that in the future, they bag the potatoes again in the sacks and do the order in one go to avoid any such inconvenience.

Hi Viga, thanks for your comments. We have to pack them in boxes so they can go with the couriers, they won't accept them just in bags. However we will be moving onto stronger boxes shortly which should solve that problem. Thanks

Not a good experience.
Ordered the 2nd Sept...expected delivery with 7 days as stated on email.. contacted on 10/11th Sept which is a challenge in itself .. website contact form doesn't work .. Facebook messages ignored .. sent 2 emails prior to getting a response. I was eventually told it was their mistake and they would be sent 12th for delivery 13th .. contacted again on 15th no response .. asked for refund no response. Customer Service is seriously lacking.
In response to reply from Potato Guys..I never ordered Markies, as you are fully aware and I proved via email to yourself. I never ordered Markies as at the time I ordered there was a 3/4 wait for them so I ordered the new potatoes with an intention to buy the Markies when I would need my next delivery.
