Well I ordered my potatoes but I forgot to put the number of my door so it took a little longer than I thought but they sorted it out very quickly and I’m very happy

Just received my potato order today & it wasn’t long until some were washed & in the pot. We’ve just eaten them & they were everything we hoped they would be, Absolutely delicious. These guys are amazing they deliver exactly when they say they will. There’s nothing like a good spud.

My full family have had the most amazing potatoes. Theyr just different to any potatoes you get in the shops .when I couldn't get these potatoes I just ate rice n pasta until I got my potatoes from the potato guys theyr the best .n I feel they work really hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. 100% great company. Highly recommend 👌

These guys are amazing. Communication from start to end has been great and we are so excited to see our order leave the farm. The tatties are by far the best on the market and far superior to anything that you can buy in your local supermarket.

Potatoes are excellent but packing a disaster
Parcel Force driver very apologetic about state of box which was burst open. Couldn't tell if any were missing. What a mess it made of my floor all soil off potatoes leaked out bottom. The two internal side flaps that give base weren't folded down which is probably why it's in such a state. Parcel Force advised that was way it was loaded to his van. Hence 3 stars

Ordered on the 4th of June was told by private mail would be here Thursday the 5th or Friday the 6th at the latest nothing arrived I then put a post on Facebook and reply saying they didn’t want to have potatoes lying in a hot van so would be Monday 11th again no order arrived I have now saw an email stating it could be Thursday 15th before they arrive
We have had potatoes from you guys lots of times and no problem with delivery
So hopefully I receive my order this week !

First of all Best tatties ever. Makes fabulous chips or roasters. Never disappointed. Rarely have a bad potato.

Ordered the potato’s on the 22nd of may said it would be the follow Tuesday for delivery all well and good but no order arrived checked it on line said it was still processing it left messages no reply had to open a pay pal case against them before they did respond they claimed correctly postcode didn’t match address yes for some reason we get two postcodes any how corrected that still no order escalated PayPal responded with a new bag would be send out for 6th of June no order again no response to text or phone calls
Now I’ve ordered many times in the past but suddenly the price has doubled to 27 pound plus with delivery from 15 pounds for a 25 kg bag and service and quality always good
I don’t know what’s going on here but I do know if you carry on like this you won’t be going on as your gonna lose all your faithful customers and although you may not care about my custom after this happens again and again with others you will very sad news

Friendly, helpful service and delicious tasting spuds. This will be my third order with the Potato Guys, and I think they're brilliant.

product makes brilliant Chips, Baked Potatoes,
Roasted Potatoes and Mash potatoes great to get a real tasting product instead of poor quality bought else where and on occasions they only last a week then they go soggy but not this product there is a new kid on the block

I have been getting these potatoes for a while now and I would not go anywhere else. They make the best chips and last for ages, I made potato and leek soup with them, they were so good, I love the potatoes guys.

I have been ordering potatoes from The Potato Guys for a long time now. I’m kept up to date with what’s happening. And won’t ever get my potatoes from anywhere else. Once you try the markies variety you won’t want any other. The guys are very friendly and helpful it’s a pleasure dealing with them.
