Such a shame - really disappointed
Ordered a lovely necklace for £35.20 GBP and it has tarnished, gone brassy, and unwearable after 6 months. Such a shame as this was a sentimental gift.

Replaced incorrect item
I ordered a three heart necklace with one name, expecting the other two hearts to be blank. I received the necklace and it only had one heart. I emailed them and quickly received a reply saying I would get a new necklace. The new necklace arrived within the next week. Really happy with it and the service!!
