Missing item
They did not include a brush in my £200+ order. £7.30 not including vat. I’ve emailed several times and been told that it will be “chased along urgently”. Three months later, still nothing. Not inclined to use them again.

Our apologies that the experience has not been what it should have been.
We have looked into your order. The reason the item was not shipped was that the brush was out of stock at the time of shipping. When a customer orders multiple items we will ship as many of the items as quickly as we can (rather than keep them waiting because of one item being unavailable).
We will process a refund as the item as the item has been order with our suppliers for some time now and we are not certain as to when stock will arrive.

Refund promised not in our bank a/c today and the funds were needed to purchase a new machine from an alternative company , this option is now lost !
