Received what I needed promptly
Received what I needed promptly. Heavy and awkward order. No spillage or split clay bags. Big pat on the back for staff and has to be mentioned the delivery driver was lovely considering the sheer weight - he smiled through the pouring rain.

Purchased a kiln from Potterycrafts and I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Tory Oliver and the staff at Potterycrafts. I was guided through the options for the right kiln for my needs and Tory was extremely generous with help and advice after I purchased the kiln. She programmed the controller for me, and also sent a video on how to do it myself. I really like that they make the kilns right there rather than purchasing and selling on and I am very pleased with the results so far. I would definitely recommend Potterycrafts for their excellent products and service.

A great company. Their products are reasonably priced and always arrive in good condition. They have a really good range of products and glazes too. I'm excited to order more from them.
