I lived in a houseshare property from Poulter Property Services between Spetember 2025 and July 2026. When I first contacted them they were professional, courteous and extremely helpful and this is a statement that has remained true during my entire time with them as my landlords. I would recommend anyone looking for suitable and affordable living towards Poulter as I could very confidently say they would be well looked after and respected as a tennant. I also would like to thank and remember Sue for her help and kindness when I was first moving in.

From the first contact with Sophie i had a room available to me within 24hrs. The next day i met Sophie who was professional,courteous and friendly and I received my keys. Leaving the premises was the most seamless experience I've had with a property company and I have dealt with plenty as I travel for work. An all round 10 out of 10. Well done and thank you.

After sofa surfing for approx one and a half years, I moved into Poulter Property services and stayed with them for over 5 years - this was extremely helpful to get back on my feet and save some money to move back into my current new home.

During my stay I found the staff at Poulter Property- very professional, friendly, helpful, understanding and very supportive with any issues, or concerns raised.

They are very helpful and supportive with sorting benefits if you're in need of that when you first move in, and also flexible and understanding when moving on. They are quick with repairs at the property- they are an excellent service and I would definitely, highly recommend them, if you're looking for temporary or long term stay.

Shared housing was a great opportunity to learn and grow from one another. Being considerate of other people's differences and not insisting on my own way, I found it was key to living in a happier household.

I met a lot of lovely people at the property and had some wonderful conversations. A treasure to Behold

This is the third time I have stayed at poulter property which was for a year this time. The ladies are so helpful to make your stay as comfortable as possible and nothing is a problem to them if you have an issue. The house is always clean and tidy and the rooms are comfortable and relaxing, well done for making my stay another stress free experience.

The ladies are great to deal with and go out of their way to try and help you as best then can . I've stayed in two properties over a two times I was working in the north east. Easy to deal with and very friendly.

I have been a tenant with poulter property for just over 7 years now with my family, never had a better landlady! Staff in the office are all great and will make sure any repairs are seen to quickly. All my safety checks are carried out yearly and on time and the staff are always ready to offer support from a listening ear to helping complete benefit forms. Other members of my family rent rooms within the shared accommodation properties and are very happy with the service and clean accommodation provided.

The company helped me when I needed the support. They were fair with me. The property I was in was well looked after and any issues I may have had they resolved quickly. Overall an excellent service.

When in a need of a crisis these guys where there to help with everything. They helped me find a suitable property until I got back on my feet. Always helpful. Helped with paperwork to ensure entitlement to everything. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a temporary accommodation whether it's for work purpose or until you get back on your feet. Spreading the word about them to get them recognised

I stayed in one these properties for 7 months. The application process was really easy, the ladies; Cheryl, Sue and Gail were all really lovely and helped me every step of the way. They were very efficient in dealing with any problems that needed sorting and would even come out personally to help me. The house was very clean, very nicely decorated and furnished and the room I had was of a lovely size. They also had a cleaner, Sophie, who came once a month and cleaned all shared spaces. She and those who helped her did a fantastic job! Thank you so much for all your help ladies! Highly recommended.

Poulter property have been excellent during my stay contracting in Redcar. They have been so helpful to me and understanding. Any issues solved straight away. Defintely the best property services in Redcar.

Needed accommodation in the Redcar Area ASAP, Poulter were able to get me into a nice room with good amenities with only a few hours notice.

The building was clean and conveniently located, would highly recommend.

I was made homeless and had no were to go and they gave me a room i really appreciate it and i am really happy were i am and i would tell anybody to come here
