I ordered in Nov in plenty of time for Xmas stocking fillers.
I had to chase it up and apparently there would be delays.
I waited until December 19th in the hope it would arrive and cancelled.
I’m still waiting on my refund despite emailing a few times to chase up.
I would definitely avoid which is a shame as I used them last year with no problems

Made an order 3 months ago for my kids stocking fillers and they still aren’t here! Try to call and the mailbox is full! Email and don’t get an answer as to where they are! Disgraceful

Refusing a refund
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a lot of lines on a BOGOF deal that Poundtoy advertised. Paid and waited for my parcel. They then proceeded to cancel lines off my order (some of which are still available on their website) and they are currently refusing to refund the associated amount.
I have been using Poundtoy for over 4 years and have never had a problem, but this experience is leaving a VERY sour taste.
UPDATE - I had to threaten escalation before I was refunded the amount due. The Goo Ball - which Poundtoy cancelled off my order and refunded doesn't appear to be out of stock as it is still showing as in stock on their website.

Got it in the time frame it said and was worried because I’d seen bad reviews but actually everything was fine, got everything that I ordered and was provided updates up until it was delivered, will definitely be ordering again

Don't buy anything from this so called company! Its a SCAM!! For Christmas this year I got my 3 kids loads of bits off of this website and purchased the items in November. They happily took my money straight away, but never sent me my items. After chasing them I got an email saying they were having supply difficulties and that they would update me with info about my order soon, but I never heard anything. Eventually I decided that I needed to cancel my order as Christmas was approaching fast and I needed stocking fillers. I asked them to cancel my order, heard nothing, so chased a few more times and was eventually sent an email stating that they had cancelled and refunded me the money - I thought, great! But of course thay was not true. They just sent that email in the hope to trick me into thinking I had been refunded and keep me quiet. They never sent me my money back!
Terrible company, how can they rob people of their hard earned money and especially at Christmas when funds are even tighter then usual.

I raised it with PayPal after weeks and weeks later as I got an email from yourselves claiming you had refunded me, but you hadn't! Don't try to claim that you tried to refund me because this is not correct. In the end I had to raise it with PayPal as I couldn't get my money back from yourselves. It definitely doesn't take 4 plus weeks for money to come back into my account and you sent an email omg saying you had refunded me when you hadn't. You are just a scamming company trying to mislead people, with that 'refunded' email. I hope nobody else gets caught out. Stop scamming people and especially at Christmas. Money is tight for most families. Appalling.

They're able to refund immediately
As everyone else, ordered in November, no order received, copy and paste email responses, asked for a refund, fobbed off with PayPal delays.
It's a lie.
Just used their online chat function, told them I'd be taking this to the media and won't let this go. Miraculously, the funds appeared in my account within 2 minutes.
Absolutely disgusted with them

Very dissatisfied customer!
As per other reviews, I placed a big order in November for stocking fillers. Four weeks later there was still no sign of it so had to go to the shops on Christmas Eve! Have requested a refund but keep getting the same auto response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered from PoundToy on 25th November, delivery said it would be 5-7 days.. It's now January 3rd and they haven't replied to any of the three separate emails I've sent, I've just had generic automatic responses. Honestly wouldn't touch them again.

I have been waiting nearly a month for them to refund my order. As had to cancel my order after waiting nearly 3 weeks for them to dispatch my order and after checking no sign of it being dispatched. Have contacted them over 7 times to see when I will receive my refund and just get the same automated reply. Avoid at all costs

Took 7 weeks for my order to arrive, unable to contact them by phone or email and very limited responses on Facebook. When my items did arrive many things were missing or terrible quality or very tiny. The worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order! Never again!!!!
Awful. Company in administration but still taking your money
Sham of a company. Everyone needs to report them to trading standards, the ombudsman and the FCA as they are trading illegally. Have used before and not had a problem now they dont send goods. Seems these guys are still trading even though they are with administrators, still taking peoples orders. This is completely wrong, if the company has no money and are being wound up they should not be allowed to trade. PLEASE CHECK COMPANIES HOUSE FOR THEIR PARENT COMPANY OML TRADING LTD IS WITH ADMINISTRATORS!
I placed my order and was told I would receive by Christmas as I had placed before December the 9th. They then cancelled my order and told me I would be refunded. No refund happened. They blamed PayPal even though PayPal denied this. I had to set up a case with PayPal to finally get my money back

Absolutely terrible avoid! Ordered on 2nd December still have received 5-7 days was timescale had to buy another Xmas stocking presents on 23rd off another company & received it before 11 on Xmas eve. Tried several times to contact with no reply & phone was just answering message.
Refund never received
Ordered around the 20th November. No news on order so contacted Pound Toy middle of December and got an automated response. Replied to this to request arefund and had a reply the next day saying it had been cancelled and a refund has been processed but please wait 3-5 business days. This went against reviews I had read about lack of responses etc so I was really pleased. However no refund has been received and I feel now I am getting completely fobbed off from a company I have used in the past. Going through PayPal now to try and recover my money. I understand businesses can get into trouble but when someone blatantly lies to me about something then I feel I need to leave a review to hopefully protect other people from having hard earned money taken from them.

If i could i would give no stars at all! Made an order in October and was supposed to receive the package 8-10 working days! However the order was received 8 weeks later on Christmas eve! The order arrived however 75% of the order was missing! I did not have enough time to go and buy other gifts for Christmas! I emailed the company straight after i looked inside the package. It has now been 4 days and i have had no response! I promised the kids there presents will be arriving for new years. Ive spent all the money i had on pound toy and now cant afford to buy gifts elsewhere! This company needs to be shut down! I will be taking the company to court and will be reporting them to trading standards for Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline!
Wouldn't recommend terrible company awful experience
I place an order on the 30th October leaving plenty of time for delivery pending Christmas, I was told it would be delivered in 10 days, I emailed them on the 30th November 16th December and the 22 December to ask where my order was as I hadn't received it. I got no actual response just automated messages.
My order didn't get delivered before Xmas and iv just received part of it today the 28th December. I haven't received my full order.
I placed this order on the 30th October and spent nearly £80.
I wouldnt recommend this company at all there deliveries are late, emailing is pointless and you only get half of what you've ordered.

Thought I would post something positive since I have used this company for years and this is the first time I’ve had issues but being late wasn’t an issue and couldn’t complain when we had free delivery.
