Swimming costume perished after handful of wears

Bought a brand new swimming costume with tags from Vinted in June.
Have worn it around 10 times and is now thinning at seams. Very poor quality.
I always wash immediately after use.
Won’t buy again.

So Disappointing

Purchased what was to be a
So disappointed!

I purchased a beautiful bra from this company. It arrived stained and with pilling on the edges of the lace. Obviously returned by another customer, Disgusting, the item after arriving back at pour moi was then sent on to me. I was shocked as I had bought from Pour Moi before but I won’t again. I’m returning the bra today 28th aug 2024.

Great product and great customer…

Great product and great customer service! Thank you Pour Moi. I purchased several bikinis and a dress for my holiday. Loved the quality and fit. I had an issue which meant I needed to contact customer service. Sam responded quickly and my issue was resolved efficiently. So refreshing to have a company with excellent customer service when issues arise. I will certainly be ordering again. 😊

Great service so far!

I placed an order today. Couldn’t see where to put my 10% code, so I paid full price. Emailed Pout Moi and they replied straight away and refunded the 10%. Excellent service so far! Looking forward to receiving my order 😊

Other Companies could learn from Pour Moi!

I have bought from Pour Moi a few times now. The service and quality of their products are excellent. I had cause to contact customer services and was very surprised and delighted about the way my issue was dealt with, very professional. Service has gone downhill

I love the styles but customer service needs to be considered. I had to return some items Sue to fit and the return code didn't work, Royal Mail said it was invalid. Despite emailing 3 times nobody has got back to me about refunding the fact that I had to pay for recorded postage. Not really way to treat longstanding customers who have spent a lot last couple of years!

Excellent service

What can I say

Quality but have to pay for return

Ordered two bikinis. I am very pleased with the quality and sizing of one, which I am keeping. I want to return the other as I feel that it is too padded and the returns are not free outside the UK. I have to pay €8 postage, which will dissuade me from ordering in the future.

Wonderful shop

Went into Pour Moi in Leeds with a view to booking to get measured. I was dealt with immediately by an assistant called Georgia. She was very professional and discreet. She worked out my size straight away and brought me a selection of bras in my size. I couldn't have asked for better service from Georgia. She fit the bras perfectly and knew exactly which ones were perfect for me. I will be going back very soon. Lovely shop and wonderful assistants. Thankyou

Perfect fitting experience

I visited yesterday for a fitting at the Leeds store & to buy some new bras. I did measure myself at home beforehand but clearly did this very wrong!
The lovely lady who fitted me (sorry I didn't get your name) put me at ease and helped me find the perfect fit bras and gave advice on how to buy for my size in the future. I came away with 3 new bras that make me feel fabulous! Thank you so much!

I am very pleased with the products…

I am very pleased with the products from Pour Moi. The quality is excellent, and the measurements are accurate, ensuring a perfect fit. Although there was an issue with Royal Mail delivering the parcels to a different address, Sam was incredibly helpful. He responded to my email quickly and resolved the problem instantly. Exceptional customer service and great products – highly recommended!

incredible experience with becky

Absolutely incredible experience with Becky in the Victoria Quater Leeds store. Perfect customer service, she went above and beyond to help me select the bikinis that fitted me correctly and gave me lots of choice and giving me information in what i needed to look for. I came away with 2 bikini sets and will definitely be coming back for her to fit some bras will definitely be recommending to friends and family her customer service skills are fabulous

Absolutely amazing experience with…

Absolutely amazing experience with Becky in your Leeds store. Perfect customer service, she went above and beyond to help me select the underwear that fitted me correctly and gave me lots of choice. I wasn’t felt rushed or obliged to buy anything.
I came away with 3 underwear sets and feeling absolutely elated !!
I will definitely be back and will recommend it to my niece.

Quality Goods but Very Poor Customer Service

Spent a large amount of money on Pour Moi bikinis which are excellent quality, however the administration for returns was diabolical. The staff would not resolve the returns themselves & expected me, the customer, to highlight their failings in not refunding what I was legitimately entitled to. It took hours of my time to sort it out & at no time did they apologise or offer any goodwill gesture. As a resukt of their poor handling & inefficiency, I shall not be buying from them again. Poor, poor customer service.

Slow to refund

Update
After chasing via email had confirmation that the refund had been issued. They had no idea why this had not already been done so good job I chased it.

Slow to refund - had to chase.
Items posted back 19th June 2024, tracking reference shows delivered on 21st June. Now 4th July and no email from Pour Moi to say they have received and refunded.
Getting fed up of having to chase online refunds with a lot of sellers these days. Do they think we don't notice or something?

Worst customer service ever


I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from pour moi to think twice.

I placed an order at 5:42 pm. Immediately after realising that the order had an old address saved in the system, I emailed the company at 5:48 pm, just six minutes later. I used both the contact email address and the "Contact Me" page on their website to update my address.

Their customer service hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, and despite my immediate attempts to correct the address, my parcel was shipped at 8:35 the next morning. At 9:03 am, I received an email essentially stating that the best course of action would be to drive an hour and a half out of my way to a property I haven't lived at for eight years, to try and retrieve the parcel from strangers - not just any old parcel but lingerie!

This is utterly ridiculous. I am really disgusted by their response. Mistakes happen, but this company clearly does not have the infrastructure to handle them. After numerous attempts to contact them via email and their website, they are now ignoring my messages.

I am hoping that PayPal will assist in canceling my £200+ order, as Pour Moi has been completely unhelpful. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.
