Repeat buyer. Usually pleasant experience however just had one of the worst. Spent $146 on two items on 12/4 that still have not arrived and not one but two reps stated they would “be happy to refund” if package showed no movement after 19 days. We are on day 25 after asking they simply cancel the order that never left its origin for a full 17 days straight. They ignored and now against their own repeated claims of being happy to refund my items over a week ago are claiming that I can return once arrives. It’s been 25 days.. no package. No refund. Horrific customer service. Blatant lies. Never again.

These morons somehow got hold of my email address, yet they now claim they're unable to tell me even the IP of the person that subscribed me. I'll presume they've bought a dirty spam list from an unreputable spam address provider.
They then tell me that they've unsubscribed me, yet I got spam at 18.00 last night & then again at 6am this morning.
Clearly an unpreputable company.
Extremely nice swimsuits! True to size! Fast Shipping! I had to return my initial orders due to being too small (my fault I’m pregnant and struggling lol) the return process seems extremely easy so far. I’m excited to try their other items.
This was my first time using pour moi. Brought 3 items and it all came to £73.50. Unfortunately had to return the items as they didn't fit. Since then, I've had problems. I have just moved house and took my parcel to local post office. They scanned the QR code and gave me receipt. Unfortunately since posting it I have lost my receipt. I posted the item 2 weeks ago. I admit, I am part to blame for using my receipt however, when I spoke to royal mail they said that pour moi will still have proof I've posted it as they would of been given a reference number. Hilary who I've been in contact with since this has been going on. Has been extremely rude, unhelpful and accusing me of lying by not sending it! At first lied and said she wouldn't of recieved any proof until the post office scanned it. I was constantly going back and forth with royal mail and pour moi. Eventually, Hilary did give me the reference number but ironically it doesn't work on the royal mail as it says there's a problem! Still been accused and they are still refusing to give me a full refund. Even thought they've got reference number, if I didn't send it you wouldn't of been given that! I do not work for royal mail so it is out of my hands! Hilary is even asking me to prove the conservation I've had with royal mail. How can I do this when 1. There's no option to chat with them online and secondly I rang them and spoke to them?. How much proof do you actually need? All this lady has done has caused me more stress, being extremely rude and accussing me of lying.
Very unprofessional. This has been far by the worst company and staff I've come across!
After reading previous reviews on here I'm clearly not the only one who has had an issue.
Will be taking the legal route.

I was a bit disappointed that I had to return an item due to a manufacturing fault and wasn't given the option of a replacement. But on contacting customer services I got a very quick response with a refund of postage cost and a discount code to reorder - great work, thank you.
I orderd a bikini with delivery to Ireland. It was not as described in terms of tummy control. I returned it. It cost me roughly €15 to return. Then pour moi shorted me on the refund by €7. I have proof of this on my bank account. The worst part is the customer service agent basically called me a liar and tried to say it was a discount on my order - whatever that means. I paid X amount so return X amount!
I will never use or recommend anyone to use this company. Their customer service is atrocious. God help anyone looking for a refund!

I have bought a number of items over the years and always good service and excellent quality and recommended to other. recent a slight hic cup with and order and this was rectified within minutes with wonderful customer service.

shopped from pour moi in the past I ordered 4 bras recently needed to return 3 same bra (sizing off) I used parcel connect returned items on the 22nd of October tracking states on the 01st of November allow 4 - 10 days I’m writing this review on the 18th of November struggling to make contact have emailed no response the web chat doesn’t work it makes me think I won’t order from here again and only order their products through a reseller like ASOS as the returns process is not user friendly and there is no recourse for the customer, it’s a pity because they have a good range of sizes, I followed their process used their preferred partner and still no refund a month on

Honestly the hardest company to order from. Try every variance of the discount code at checkout and then doesn’t work. The free delivery doesn’t get applied either at checkout. Then when you try and register yourself it doesn’t recognise your password. So you do a password reset and no email comes through. I would challenge whether anyone else has managed to get free delivery or the discounts they profess to offer.
Have replied. I’ve tried again and btw it says free delivery over £29.98 today. But yet again doesn’t get applied at checkout and no code I’ve been sent works.

Retailers take note! Por Moi's returns process is flawless. Package returned Friday, refund notification Tuesday. I didn't need to chase them whatsoever (as with many other online retailers).
Pleasure to deal with, and their bathing suits are ace. I will use again for sure.

Love the products! As a larger lady with big bust it's so hard trying to find underwear and swimwear that's supportive, comfortable and attractive but Pour Moi has managed it! Also, customer support both before and after sales is excellent which is so important to me. I had an issue recently and Hillary from customer services sorted it out quickly and responded back by email within a very short time. Great product, excellent customer support so will buy again and again!!

First time purchaser - the website has a lovely range of swimwear. It’s not cheap but when it arrived all the items were of a good material and looked exactly like the website. I kept some items which have been used several times since and I really like. I returned some items and the returns process was easy.

Just had to return my first order that I bought direct from Pourmoi. Purchased 2x swimsuits, on taking the package out I would see the material was worn, colours looked dull. On further inspection I would tell the swimsuit had been worn and had a huge stain that looked like ink mark and could NOT have been missed yet still sent. the package was also pre-used VERY unsatisfactory customer service and POOR quality control. The irony is the returns policy states must NOT been worn or damaged. Should apply this to purchases. Both items were returned within 30 minutes of receiving. Previously brought a swimsuit via NEXT who have very high standards, will not buy direct again. only gave 1 start because this the minimum, but I give zero stars

Purchased a couple of Bikinnis from this website as I was struggling to find my size on line or in store.
Normally buy from the gorgeous range at Debenhams but when the ones I ordered arrived they were very poor quality and far to big (despite me ordering the correct size).
Yes these sets are a bit more expensive, but the quality was amazing the fit was excellent and they were so comfortable to wear.
I had one small issue and when I contacted customer services it was sorted in less than 24 hours.
Will definitely be ordering more from this site .

I recently purchased some Bras online, but they didn't fit. I returned them with no hassle and visited the Chester store where a lovely Lady spent time helping me find the perfect bras for me.
I was so happy with the design and quality I purchased 3.
Finally, I have a bra or 3 😊 that feels comfortable.
