Today, myself and my friend went to get new bras today. We had the best experience with Becky. She fitted us with the correct size bras. She was extremely supportive and helpful and professional. They had lots of styles for all shapes and sizes and even do swim & beachwear. Thank u Becky. Highly recommend.

I have been delighted with all my orders from Pour Moi. The swimwear is so lovely, fits really well and I particularly love the vibrant colours. Recently I bought a new swimming costume and matching beach dress for my holiday. The beach dress shrunk when I washed it, so I contacted Sam at Customer Services. She replied immediately and offered either a refund or a new dress. I opted for a new dress as I loved it so much. It arrived very quickly. I am very impressed with both the products and the service from this company.

The swimwear is always fabulous and fits so well. On my most recent order though I accidentally re-ordered a bikini i already have. Total brain fog! Sam in customer services immediately helped out and was so friendly and cancelled that so I could order a different one. Sam went above n beyond to be really lovely and had no idea how much that kindness made my day! Sam is a ⭐️

I love their swimming costumes and have bought many over the years .. left it to the last moment to get a new one for Greece and realising that I only had a few days before I left sent them an e mail asking if it would be possible to get a very quick delivery…. YES it arrived in two days! Can’t thank them enough .. what amazing customer service.

I ordered several items from Pour Moi. All were beautiful and true to the colours in the photos. Whilst away on holiday one of the swimsuits developed an issue and I emailed Pour Moi. I asked if I could exchange when I get back. To my surprise and delight they kindly offered to refund my item as they are out of stock. Thank you Sam at Pour Moi for your OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will definitely order again!

I had a flaw in the bra purchased on-line and contacted customer service via email. After sending photos of the damaged area, Pour Moi are sending a replacement straight away.
I will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended.

I went into pour moi in Kingston Surrey and I was greeted by a lovely girl called Musonda.
She greeted me and asked if I needed any help which I did so for two hours she spent trying to get me a costume and some bras for my holiday unfortunately a lot of the bikinis didn’t fit me as well as I would’ve liked but Musonda did her very best nothing was too much trouble. My experience was very good and I definitely be back.

Been a fan for years and have spent LITERALLY hundreds of pounds with Pour Moi. I big them up to everyone but this week I had a bad experience - I actually got sunburned through the fabric of a new swimsuit. I casually emailed and asked if this was a known problem with the particular design. I got a stock answer that only certain products are sun resistant, that environmental factors (like the fabric being wet) and the colour contribute to getting burned. Clearly they did know it was an issue but it felt like ‘victim blaming’. The swimsuit had not got wet and I made the point that I have NEVER burned through a swimsuit - no matter what brand or colour - ever before. I didn’t get a response. In all the years of shopping with Pour Moi, I have never seen a warning that fabrics may still permit burning. Their advice was to apply sun screen all over - even under swimwear. Not only have I never EVER heard this advice in my entire life, it certainly isn’t given/prominent on the Pour Moi website. Disappointed.

For a heavy bust of D size it is the first time that not only I found a comfortable bra, but also one that it feels great and gives you a great shape. Thank you.

Bought a gorgeous bright green bikini last year .
Worn 4 times on a holiday and the colour is really faded
I understand that this happens however this bikini was expensive and I don’t feel I had my wear out by of it !
Contacted customer service and sent pictures but never heard from them

Just returned from visiting the Kingston upon Thames Store and just wanted to say how wonderful the service was that I received. I was helped by Musonda and Maria who were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much to both of you.

Ordered bra and pants set. First time using this company. Bra was too small and pants too large. Really disappointed and had to return. Got charged £4 postage for the experience. Won’t be doing that again. I’ll stick with M and S

Hands down, this was the best online customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I ordered an swimsuit and paid via PayPal. After I sent the order, I realized that I had forgotten to apply the 15% off coupon, so I emailed to see if I could still get it. Less than a minute later, I received an affirmative response and a refund of the 15%. After that, I noticed that my shipping address needed to be changed, so I emailed again. Same thing - a response just seconds later and it was fixed that quickly. Sam was the Customer Service Advisor at Pour Moi who helped me. All I have to say is,” WOW!” I will definitely do business with this company again. I’m in the US and I think they’re in the UK, so this is really saying something. Thanks a million!

I recently got my first order from here. I struggle to get FF Size from a lot of places. This ordered some stunning bras in my size. They arrived quickly and are perfect fit. I know my size because I'm measured professionally. I would advise getting professionally measured to anyone. The fit is incredible and the quality is,they are very sex too. Thanks very much. I will definitely be using you from now on.

Ordered some lovely wrap around dresses for summer in 2 different sizes because I wasn't sure which would fit. Delivery service was quick and very easy returns process, will definitely order again.

I ordered a beautiful swimsuit from Pourmoi recently. It was stunning and very comfortable, but was a slight issue with the costume, so I emailed asking if anything could be done. I was immediately sent a new one, and Sam who dealt with my query couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. I will definitely be ordering from Pourmoi again.

I have been a good customer of Pour Moi for some time and I do like their products but not their customer service or code of conduct. I saw an ad that offered free delivery on orders over £12.99 and also noticed a 10% discount.i ordered pyjamas but was charge £4 delivery and apparently the discount only for new customers. N.B. Pour Moi need to rethink their policy. Their items are available on other sites E.G Freemans who offer free delivery on all orders. Pour Moi you could lose customers unless you amend your policies.

I received amazing customer service in your Chester store a few of weeks ago! The 2 ladies who served me made me feel so comfortable without being at all pushy. I am a 34G and find myself being embarrassed and left with little choice in other lingerie shops. Have always used pour moi online but this was the first time visiting in store and I was very impressed 😊

Why I always return as they appreciate your business and probably the most helpful company I’ve used in years !

Wanted to treat my partner to new bra ordered same size as she gets from next but turned out to big, compared with her new next brass both 32DD both sizes are different, these shops make life shopping way to complicated why can they just have a universal stamdered sizes, now iv had to return the lot and wait for a refund to buy again.
