Exemplary customer care
One of the parts broke whilst the cross-trainer was still under warranty. The company promptly sent a replacement part with clear instructions how to fit it, which I did and got it working again. Very impressed and most grateful.

Very Happy so far
Received my cross trainer/bike .Delivery arrived day before ,glad at home . Very kind & helpful delivery guy. Very well packaged took quite while to unpack, but guess had be so in order for no moving parts. Tools provided to do the job. You need to really study the manual before diving in to assemble as some of the parts in the diagram very small to see. Took me about 10 hrs but am a 64 yr old lady, and didn't know all names of parts & what meant.Sure a man would though. at times I felt could have done with 2 people when aligning parts, but managed. It seems solid ,a slight bit rocky but only slight. For the price still good though.I felt would have been great if you could move the seat forward as Im on 5ft 3. Ive had 2 weeks so early days. Over all for a person on budget its pretty good.

My xs sports machine broke after two…
My xs sports machine broke after two weeks, the ball bearing area just collapsed. I phoned on Thursday evening, the man was very friendly and helpful and he sent out another main body of the machine, as I still had arms and pedals etc. Thus arrived on Saturday so excellent service

Excellent service
Very quick delivery and the cross trainer tension belt fitted my cross trainer which was another make (they did not sell the replacement belts). Good that XS Sports sells the belts which is something to take into consideration when buying a cross trainer.

No frills but does the job
Ordered a rowing machine from XS Sports after doing a bit of a comparison with other brands and sellers, as they seemed the best value for a basic no frills machine for home use. Ordering process was straight forward and the machine arrived in two or three days well packaged in a big box. Found it easy to assembly too and without the need for assistance, despite the manual suggesting it was a two person operation. The supplied tools were a bit flimsy so if you have your own I'd use those. As previously mentioned it is a basic machine and not of a standard you would find in a professional gym, however for some weekly exercise at home its so far proved to be up to the job, how long it lasts we will wait and see, hopefully more than the 30 months of our sofas but that's another story.
