Terrible online service and not wish to solve their own mistake
We have the complaint regarding the bad service provided by Power and the online sales representative from Hvidevare / POWER Aalborg (3807) for the order #0747551 starting from November.
My family has ordered in November all the necessary kitchen appliances for the new kitchen. The order was placed through an online service, and it’s paid accordingly. The sales representative from Aalborg was postponing the delivery every month. In January he said that it’s still not available and we have to purchase another freezer.
We came to the official store in Esbjerg. Esbjerg sales representative tried to solve it and contacted Miele about the issue and gave the alternative freezer that he communicated to the online sales representative from Aalborg. In February the online sales representative came up with the fact that we will not get our model of the freezer and give ultimatum that we should cancel the order if we don’t agree on one of his options: pay another 4000 dkk to get another model with the feature that we don’t need or get freezer from another manufacturer. None of the options has suited us but he doesn’t want to continue the discussion in a client-oriented way and keep insisting on his two options and even the option to wait for the actual model is out of the table.
We wrote another letter to the online sales representative and asked about resolving the current situation, but the online sales representative kept insisting on previous options. We went to an Esbjerg shop for the second time. The Esbjerg sales representative was trying to solve it through the system, but the order was blocked and only the online sales representative could change it. They discussed it again, however it was not solved due to the lack of initiative from the online sales representative and the problem of separate budgets and Esbjerg can't do anything with the order at Aalborg.
We have planned the delivery of the new kitchen counters matching the delivery time to the kitchen appliances. Now after a lot of conversation, the freezer originally ordered is not available for delivery and we are put in the corner with the fact to get extra or to have all home appliances from Miele and only a freezer from another brand just because someone sold more than it was available on stock. If we knew from the beginning we would be able to purchase it from Elgiganten instead of Power back a few months ago. This is an outrage and we believe that every situation can be resolved however separate representatives can resist it or the system doesn’t let them do it to wrong initiatives of upselling the clients.

They don’t actually price match.
Sellers in store are just trying to upswell you. So avoid them at all cost.
Don’t trust there 30 day garantee. If you try to return they will find an excuse for why you can’t.
