Store in Frederiksbeg in Copenhagen is excellent! This is the only store we love going to every time, because the personnel is fast and super helpful. This is the best Power store in Copenhagen, honestly. Always will go only here!

Frustrated by the unprofessional manner of Power (2nd )
As I mentioned in my last review, which was written 6 days ago, my Xiaomi Note 9 smartphone had an internet disconnection problem. After it was repaired at the service, I encountered the same disconnection problems, and additionally, my camera failed at the service. Subsequently, I gave my phone back to the service, and it is still there without having been repaired yet. I haven't been able to use my smartphone for 21 days, and as I have mentioned before, it is crucial for my work. However, the absence of my smartphone has caused another problem. I am married, and we use our smartphones to provide internet at home. Since I don't have a smartphone my wife gives her smartphone to me and she cannot use hers. Two people are suffering due to your unprofessional manner. Power sent me messages to solve this problem but they didn't solve it.The camera malfunction is not my responsibility, and I refuse to use a smartphone with a repaired camera that failed after the initial service. I am deeply disappointed with Power's unprofessional behavior. I cannot find the words to express my frustration.

I bought a ps5 for my 40 years old…
I bought a ps5 for my 40 years old birthday with two controllers at Frederiksberg. They didn’t have the ps5 with two controllers but a nice guy helped to sell to me a ps5 and bundled with a pink ps5 controller. He was very kind to sell also a Energi subscription but I kindly said no because I am sometimes a dinosaur and I stay with the old subscriptions that I already have.
I pre-ordered Streetfighter 6 (also for my birthday) but since I got the ps5 I bought it online at the PlayStation digital shop because then I get skins and pre-order bonuses so I cancel and it was no problem at customer care. Thank you William to wish me happy birthday. I am happy with my ps5.

No delivery
When I ordered a product, I was told it would be delivered within 2 to 7 days. But after 12 days I had to go to the store again and ask where is my package. They said It didn’t arrive yet & they now also don’t know when it will arrive. I cancelled the order.
