The people at the service counter are not very helpful. I purchased jabra new earphones that had a dirty usb cord and was refused replacement or refund. Pathetic customer service!!

Ordered a new phone from their click and collect. In less than 30 min was it ready.
When I got to the store at Frederiksberg Center, did I get help by multiple kind staff members.
The last guy that handle my order, was Delchad, he explained me about the phone, offered me some deals etc. And was very professional and not too eager to try and sell me more than I needed.
He was also prepared to answer the questions I had.
I highly recommend staff members like this guy.

Store in Frederiksbeg in Copenhagen is excellent! This is the only store we love going to every time, because the personnel is fast and super helpful. This is the best Power store in Copenhagen, honestly. Always will go only here!
