I have a question

I have a question, if a product is not in your storage and your stock is zero, why are you selling a product that you do not have? This must have happened to other customers and it will surely damage your reputation.

Rude incompetent Manager

I went to the store to buy an action camera and I was very badly treated.
The person who served, Jakob, who according to him was the Manager, either was on a very bad day or is completely clueless as to what customer service implies, or even just minimal politeness standards.
He was rude, didn't know anything about the camera nor did he look to know or to talk to a colleague who would. He just said: "I dont know anything about the camera, it's not my area... and we don't have it, do you want to order it?"
I was appalled by how rude and incompetent this person was and said: "no thank you, but I would like to know your name, if you would be so kind."
He was very upset, said 3 times he would not give it to me, he wanted me to justify why I wanted to know his name. I insisted and he finally gave me his name, reluctantly, with no apologies for the bad service, and asked once again if I wanted to order. I said: "no thank you, I am afraid I will have to buy it somewhere else."
It is disgraceful that I am a client of Power for many years and I was going to buy or order the camera 100%, but with this focus on selling without any attention to service I am pretty sure I will never set foot in Power again. If I am to spend my hard-earned money I might as well be well-treated.

I bought the Nentendo switch on black…

I bought the Nentendo switch on black friday yesterday on Black Friday 2023 . The sales agent came with offer that free Nentendo.He asked me to change the telefon company to Telmore and asked me to provide all details CPR no and bank details. Later on I knew that they have also changed my electricity company to OK. In fact with 169kr/md , with Telmore , costumer is not gaining any more. Later I knew that they have changed my electricity company also and went to cancel my subscription. The salesman denied it to cancel the packages I agreed on. They were pressing me to buy thet package withOK and Telmore. That was not the good experience about POWER Black Friday deal. Now I will never buy product in POWER, that was my experience

Very professional

Very professional, personlig, patient service with Martin! It was amazing with the OK connection and advantages. I had no idea about OK other than benzin discount! Telmore too. Martin explained it all clearly, really set things up and kicked-in all the “Black” possible! Looking forward to our new komfur on Wednesday. I can only say Tusind tak too!

I would not recommend

I would not recommend. Even tho I sad a million times that I do not speak Danish they keep sending me messages, mails and call me and speak in Danish.
As a student who has just moved to Denmark a month ago it is very hard to communicate with them as they do not keep account of my requests or try to be inclusive with the non Danish speakers

Wait wait wait for Click and Hent

Expectation for Click and Hent: Like a parcel shop, you go in a line, you get your package at the end and normally you are out in less than 10 mins.
Reality: Go in a line, to get told for "those" pickups you gotta go to a different line. This is a service line and it takes 10 mins per person, .. and then the guy disappears with one customer and never comes back, so you have to stalk them... I never made it out of the shop with less than 30 mins wait, and every two years I forget that I never wanted to buy there again until I am back there and remember that I never wanted to go there again
