Denmarks worst electronics retailer
Honestly some of the worst post-sales service I have ever experienced.
Both the local technicians and the Power call centre staff have outright lied multiple times during a standard in-warranty repair. The call centre staff were also very abusive towards my partner when she questioned why a simple iPhone repair was taking over a month.
To top it all off, the phone was returned without any repair having been completed.
Power is now claiming that 5 (nearly 6) weeks is a reasonable time to wait for a phone repair and that they should be given another chance rather than simply replacing or refunding.

Ping-pong of emails with no solution
This is unfortunately the second time I need to leave a review because the emailing does isn't getting me anywhere.
Long story short: We made a big purchase of white goods. Many of these items arrived damaged, and for the items we noticed, we were lucky to get a replacement. Unfortunately, we noticed one day after that the tumble dryer was also damaged...
At this point we tried everything: we've been to the store, we were told to contact the manufacturer, we were told to contact the shipping company, everyone gives the same answer: it is Power that needs to take responsibility and fix the problem since you've done the deal with them (which makes sense to us). We have pictures, emails, we've tried to call, sent emails again. It's been almost two months that we need to look at the damaged tumble dryer with no solution.
If you're considering purchasing white goods from Power, we would advise you not to do business with them because there seems to be no accountability and an extremely poor post-sales service (actually non-existent). Actually, the whole process seems to be run like a gymnasium club or something, I can count 3 or 4 different people that handled our case, and every time we need to tell the whole story from the beginning...
Then there is also the matter of the people they have to install the white goods, which have no training, don't know how to handle/install the goods, which for the goods we got, even though we paid extra to have them installed, ended up installing them ourselves...
In summary, we have very little faith in this store, will never buy from them, we advise you to do the same.

I ordered today an e reader online for click& collect at Power Shop Ishøj. Got the sms and e-mail confirmation and drove to the Shop. Asking for it and got the answer that it was just one at the moment of ordering and it’s sold out now🤗 .

A place where you can find help only…
A place where you can find help only after you gain nerves. There is no personal for the customers, even if you are decided to buy something you still have to wait because there is only one person standing there to help, and the shop might be full or not you must wait for that only one employee. Ridiculous because my turn camed to buy the phone, the seller realised the the item wasn’t on stock so I had to go to another shop.
