We waited waaaaay too long for help…
We waited waaaaay too long for help while employees were just standing around. When an employee did finally come, he was rushed, impatient and aggressively pushing subscriptions to companies to "give" a lower price on the item we were buying. Maybe, just maybe if he was nice and patient, then we would have listened to him about the other deals. Won't go again.

It's always amazing to shop in Powaer with great discounts good and quality electronics and I shop this weekend vacuum cleaner for discounts and I was told I have a point as a member to use and I ended up paying for half of the price it was good servings. I recommend it.

today I visited to power dk .Rødovre to buy a universal charger for my HP laptop . The guy showed me a charger. I said to him let's try it in my laptop if is it work then fine . But unfortunately most of the pin is not working . there is one pin working but I have to poke my finger to hold it . Isn't that funny 🤣 I asked the guy how this is gone work . He said we don't have other charger you have to put something on that in order to charge or I have to hold with my finger to charge my laptop. 🤣 this is not funny guys you guys are charging almost 500 kr for this charger then your sales guys suggest me to hold it with my finger until it's charge.

I was able to get exactly what I wanted with little wait to pick up and pay for my order. The staff was also helpful to see if I needed and accessories for the Go Pro I bought.

I write here as Mr Christian responded to my experience just now as there is no other way to reply. He said in the end of his message that "he is happy that I cam to a solution". Well, actually it has still NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I have made an official complaint on their power as and when the incident happened, some has acknowledged it but NO SOLUTION has been taken.
Now, JANUARY is almost over and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR WELL BACK DURING BLACK FRIDAY.
ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM!!
