O lust give 5 stars for wonderful excellent and amazing costumer service .i enter the store just around 7 50 pm the store was about to close i was thinking i might not get the help i wanted but i was wrong i got the best help and service from employee .i spend all day to sort out my problem but they fix my problem within minutes . I must mention Mehmoud and Mateusz they both gave amazing servis to le and sort my problem out within minutes . Over all wonderfull experience will always buy from power se .well done

So bad service!
Yesterday I reserved an order online to pick it up in Barkarby store and they send me a text that my order is ready to pick it up and once I arrived they told me they don’t have it and they just said sorry, I spent my time and money to come to the store to pick it up and they said we texted you and tried to reach you while I show her the text I got from them that says only it’s ready to pick it up, the worst customer service ever and I’m not gonna buy anything from Power anymore and won’t recommended to my community either.
