Poor customer service.
I placed an order, got a confirmation sms that my packet is ready. Went to the store , it took them 1 hour to look for my order and they couldn’t find it. Gave me something completely different than what I ordered because that’s what they had in stock.

Promise Promise and Promise
Promise Promise and Promise, they are the biggest liers in the market.
Ordered something in the store and still waiting after 29 days. They say we have fixed it and you will the info in mail, nohting happens. Customer service insist to cancel the order.
I went to store 3 times now and this time need to contact konsumentverket and social media to help promoting POWER with all the snapshots with customer support where they lie all the time.
They have already created a lot of stress and going to complain about them soon.

Chaos to handle on a sale day
Chaos to handle and provide information.
On Sale day morning, the stock on online shown 55 pieces available at store, but couldn't locate. Website servers were down and got information after 40 min that nothing was available. Big chaos at billing counters as the servers keeps up and down and total chaos and it took more than 4 hours to complete a simple purchase. Power need to power up to stand with Mediamarkt legacy.

POWER did great job but Dishonest people made it worse
POWER's opening in Barkarby was very nice. You guys had many offers. Thanks for that. But just want to highlight 1 issues that I observed. Because of cheap prices, people bought so many things in multiple quantity even they were not going to use it. For example MI scooter which POWER sold in 2500, now people are selling this in 4000 plus sek in Facebook marketplace. So genuine people got no chance to buy it from POWER and some dishonest people took advantage of your offer. You should have had the limit on number of quantity a person could have bought of an item which was limited in stock, specially items which was very cheap. Second example, You sold a cannon printer in 99 sek and I saw a lady bought 4 pieces of it and now selling in Facebook marketplace in 550 sek. I can give you Facebook link if you want.
